The 51st edition of the Femina Miss India beauty pageant was held on April 5, 2014 in Mumbai, India. Finalists had been selected in a previous round held in Bangalore in January 2014, [1] with 24 women competing for the title of Miss India World. Koyal Rana from Delhi was crowned Femina Miss India 2014 by the previous year's winner Navneet Kaur Dhillon, while Jhataleka Malhotra and Gail Nicole Da Silva were crowned 1st and 2nd Runners Up respectively. Koyal Rana represented India at Miss World 2014 held in the United Kingdom where she was declared Miss World Asia and placed in the top 11. [3] Jhataleka Malhotra represented India at Miss International held in Japan where she won the Miss Internet Beauty award. [4] Gail Nicole Da Silva represented India at Miss United Continent 2014 held in Ecuador where she was crowned 1st Runner Up and also won the Miss Photogenic and Best National Costume awards. [5]

After the Femina Miss India 2014 pageant, Ruhi Singh, who was not a contestant at Femina Miss India 2014 but had been a contestant in the 2012 edition, [6] was later designated by Femina as India's representative at Miss Universal Peace and Humanity 2014 held in Lebanon where she was crowned the first ever winner of the pageant. [7]

The 50th edition of Femina Miss India was held at Yash Raj Studios, Mumbai, on March 24, 2013. The show was telecast live on Colors. A total of 23 contestants competed in the beauty pageant. Navneet Kaur Dhillon of Punjab was crowned Femina Miss India World 2013 by the outgoing titleholder Vanya Mishra. Sobhita Dhulipala and Zoya Afroz were crowned the 1st and 2nd Runners Up respectively.

Srishti Rana is an Indian model and beauty pageant titleholder. She participated in Miss Diva - Miss Universe India 2013 and won the title of Miss India Asia Pacific 2013. She went on to represent India at Miss Asia Pacific World 2013 in October 2013, which took place in Seoul, Korea. She emerged as the winner of the Miss Asia Pacific World title, beating 51 other contestants from different countries .The title is similar to the coveted Miss Asia Pacific International title won by Dia Mirza in 2000.

Her national costume was designed by internationally acclaimed fashion designer and beauty pageant mentor Melvyn Noronha, who was also her mentor.

The 53rd edition of the Femina Miss India beauty pageant was held on 9 April 2016 in Mumbai. Twenty-one contestants competed for the titles of Femina Miss India 2016. Aditi Arya crowned Priyadarshini Chatterjee as her successor. She represented India at Miss World 2016, Sushruthi Krishna was crowned as the 1st Runner Up by Aafreen Vaz, and Pankhuri Gidwani was crowned as the 2nd Runner Up by Vartika Singh.

Miss Diva 2022 was the 10th anniversary edition of the Miss Diva beauty pageant held on 30 October 2022. At the end of the event, Harnaaz Sandhu crowned Divita Rai as her successor. She represented India in the Miss Universe 2022 pageant and placed in the top 16.
