Fereyduni (Persian : فريدوني‎, also Romanized as Fereydūnī and Fereidooni)^[1] is a village in Qaleh Tall Rural District, in the Central District of Bagh-e Malek County, Khuzestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 77, in 17 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Qaleh Tall Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Bagh-e Malek County, Khuzestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 8,403, in 1,690 families. The rural district has 36 villages.

The District has two cities: Bagh-e Malek and Qaleh Tall.
