Five Legged Dog is the 25th album by American rock band Melvins, released on October 15, 2021, through Ipecac Recordings. [6] [7] It contains acoustic versions of songs that appeared on earlier albums and is the first acoustic album released by the band. [8] [9]

Alice in Chains is the third studio album by American rock band Alice in Chains. It was released on November 7, 1995, by Columbia Records, and was the follow-up to the highly successful Dirt (1992). This is the band's first full-length studio album to feature bassist Mike Inez and their last studio album to feature original lead vocalist Layne Staley before his death in 2002. It is also their final studio album to be released through Columbia. As with their previous releases, the album's songs focus on heavy emotional content and subject matter such as drug addiction, depression, religion, broken relationships, and the internal tensions within the band fueled by Staley's substance abuse. The album's music relies less on metallic riffs and more on melody and texturally varied arrangements, integrating some of the more delicate acoustic moods of their EPs.

Anna Jeanette Waronker is an American singer-songwriter, composer, and producer best known as the frontwoman of that dog.. She is the daughter of producer Lenny Waronker and actress and musician Donna Loren, the sister of session drummer Joey Waronker, and is married to Steven Shane McDonald of Melvins and Redd Kross.

"Sway" is a song by the English rock band the Rolling Stones from their 1971 album Sticky Fingers. It was also released as the b-side of the "Wild Horses" single in June 1971. This single was released in the US only. Initial pressings of the single contain an alternate take; later pressings include the album version instead.

On February 4, 2009, Eleven Seven Music released a video on YouTube of the band revealing details of the album. These details included the album having acoustic versions of both "37 Stitches" and "Shame". On February 5, 2009, Drowning Pool announced on their official website the track listings of the album, and also revealed the cover of the album.
