Flat Creek is an unincorporated community located in Benewah County, Idaho, United States.
The City of Idaho Springs is the Statutory City that is the most populous municipality in Clear Creek County, Colorado, United States. Idaho Springs is a part of the Denver–Aurora–Lakewood, CO Metropolitan Statistical Area. As of the 2010 census it had a population of 1,717. Idaho Springs is located in Clear Creek Canyon, in the mountains upstream from Golden, some 30 miles (50 km) west of Denver.
Valley County is a rural county located in the U.S. state of Idaho. As of the 2020 census, the population was 11,746. The county seat is Cascade, and the largest city is McCall. Established in 1917, it was named after the Long Valley of the North Fork of the Payette River, which extends over 30 miles (50 km) from Payette Lake at McCall south to Cascade to Round Valley. The valley was formerly a summer pasture for livestock from the Boise Valley. Since the completion of the Cascade Dam in 1948, much of the northern valley has been covered by the Cascade Reservoir.

Salmon Falls Creek is a tributary of the Snake River, flowing from northern Nevada into Idaho in the United States. Formed in high mountains at the northern edge of the Great Basin, Salmon Falls Creek flows northwards 121 miles (195 km), draining an arid and mountainous basin of 2,103 square miles (5,450 km2). The Salmon Falls Creek valley served as a trade route between the Native American groups of the Snake River Plain and Great Basin. Today, most of its water is used for irrigation.
The Centennial Mountains are the southernmost sub-range of the Bitterroot Range in the U.S. states of Idaho and Montana. The Centennial Mountains include the Western and Eastern Centennial Mountains. The range extends east from Monida Pass along the Continental Divide to Henrys Fork 48 km (30 mi) NNW of Ashton, Idaho; bounded on the west by Beaver Creek, on the north by Centennial Valley and Henrys Lake Mountains, on the east by Henrys Lake Flat, and on the south by Shotgun Valley and the Snake River Plain. The highest peak in the range is Mount Jefferson.
Camas Prairie Centennial Marsh Wildlife Management Area at 3,100 acres (13 km2) is an Idaho wildlife management area in Camas County south of the community of Hill City. The WMA is at the base of the Bennett Hills on the Camas Prairie south of the Soldier Mountains and Sawtooth National Forest. The Idaho Department of Fish and Game acquired the land in 1987 with the help of Ducks Unlimited and The Nature Conservancy to provide quality wetland and upland habitat for migratory and resident wildlife.
Union Flat Creek is a 72-mile (120 km) long tributary of the Palouse River. Beginning at an elevation of 2,820 feet (859.5 m) near Genesee in northern Nez Perce County, Idaho, it flows west into Whitman County, Washington, passing through the towns of Uniontown and Colton. It then flows to its mouth west of La Crosse, at an elevation of 1,168 feet (356.0 m).
The Rock Flat Placer is a small placer deposit in central Idaho which is part of the Meadows Mining District. It is known to produce gold, corundum, garnet, zircon, monazite, chromite, ilmenite, magnetite, platinum, topaz, and spinel. Additionally, it is known to produce the occasional diamond, but the last one found was in the 1920s.
The Rock Flat Mine lies in the drainage of the Rock Flat Placer through the Little Goose Creek Canyon. It is a small placer mine in central Idaho. it primarily produces gold, corundum, spinel, and topaz.
