Conclave led the nominations with eight, followed by Anora with seven. The French-Canadian co-produced science fiction drama film The Beast , a loose adaptation of the 1903 novella The Beast in the Jungle by Henry James, won Best Picture as well as Best Director for Bertrand Bonello and Best Actress for Léa Seydoux. The Florida Film Critics Circle Award for Best Picture is an award given by the Florida Film Critics Circle (FFCC) to honor the finest achievements in filmmaking. The FFCC is an organization of film critics and writers from Florida-based print and online publications. Founded in 1996, the FFCC strives to recognize outstanding work in film, further the cause of good movies, and maintain the highest level of professionalism among film critics in Florida.

The Florida Film Critics Circle (FFCC) is a film critic organization founded in 1996. The FFCC comprises 30 film critics from Florida-based print and online publications. At the end of each year, the FFCC members vote on the Florida Film Critics Circle Awards for incredible achievements in films released that year. The FFCC membership includes film critics from Miami Herald, Miami New Times, Sun-Sentinel, Folio Weekly, Bloody Disgusting, WJNO Radio, WTVT, The Daytona Beach News-Journal, FlickDirect, and Tampa Bay Times.

The Florida Film Critics Circle Award for Best Documentary is an award given by the Florida Film Critics Circle to honor the finest achievements in filmmaking.

The 10th Florida Film Critics Circle Awards, given by the Florida Film Critics Circle on 24 December 2005, honored the best in film for 2005.

Léa Hélène Seydoux-Fornier de Clausonne is a French actress. Prolific in both French cinema and Hollywood, she has received five César Award nominations, two Lumières Awards, a Palme d'Or, a BAFTA Award nomination, and the Trophée Chopard Award. In 2016, Seydoux was honoured with the Chevalier of the Order of Arts and Letters. In 2022, the French government made her a Knight of the Legion of Honour.

Saint Laurent is a 2014 French biographical drama film co-written and directed by Bertrand Bonello, and starring Gaspard Ulliel as Yves Saint Laurent, Jérémie Renier as Pierre Bergé, and Louis Garrel as Jacques de Bascher. The supporting cast features Léa Seydoux, Amira Casar, Aymeline Valade, and Helmut Berger. The film centers on Saint Laurent's life from 1967 to 1976, during which time the famed fashion designer was at the peak of his career. The film competed for the Palme d'Or in the main competition section at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival and was released in France on 24 September 2014.

The Beast is a 2023 science fiction romantic drama film directed and written by Bertrand Bonello from a story he co-wrote with Guillaume Bréaud and Benjamin Charbit. A co-production between France and Canada, the film is loosely based on Henry James's 1903 novella The Beast in the Jungle. It stars Léa Seydoux and George MacKay, with Guslagie Malanda, Dasha Nekrasova, Martin Scali, Elina Löwensohn, Marta Hoskins, Julia Faure, Kester Lovelace, Félicien Pinot and Laurent Lacotte in supporting roles.

The 27th Florida Film Critics Circle Awards were held on December 22, 2022.

Arthur Harari is a French film director, screenwriter and actor. He made his directorial debut in 2016 with the crime drama Dark Inclusion, which he co-wrote. In 2021 he co-wrote and directed the adventure drama Onoda: 10,000 Nights in the Jungle. For Anatomy of a Fall (2023), which he co-wrote with Justine Triet, he won the Golden Globe Award for Best Screenplay, BAFTA Award for Best Original Screenplay, César Award for Best Original Screenplay and Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay.
