Clement Shahbaz Bhatti was a Pakistani politician and the first Christian Federal Minister for Minorities Affairs. He was elected as a member of the National Assembly in 2008 for the Pakistan People's Party. Bhatti became the only Christian member of Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani's Cabinet on November 2. On 2 March 2011, Bhatti was assassinated outside his mother's home by members of the Pakistani Taliban for his opposition to Pakistan's blasphemy laws. In March 2016, his cause for beatification was formally opened by the Diocese of Islamabad-Rawalpindi. He was given the honorary title Servant of God within the Catholic Church.

Muhammad Irfan Saeed Bhatti is a Pakistani badminton player. He competed at the 2014 and 2018 Commonwealth Games. He was the men's doubles champion at the 2016 All Pakistan National ranking tournament. He also the runner-up at Pakistan International tournament in the singles and doubles events. Teamed-up with Azeem Sarwar, they won the men's doubles title at the Nepal Annapurna International Badminton Championship. He was the bronze medalists at the 2016 South Asian Games in the men's singles and team events.

1954 Asian Quadrangular Football Tournament was the third edition of the Asian Quadrangular Football Tournament held in Calcutta, India. India won the tournament for a third time.

The 1995 South Asian Gold Cup is an international football tournament held in Sri Lanka from 25 March to 2 April 1995. The five national teams involved in the tournament were required to register a squad of 23 players, including three goalkeepers. Mohammad Amin was a Pakistani international footballer who played as right winger, and manager. He served as captain of the Pakistan national football team at the 1964 Summer Olympics qualification, and is one of the players to have played and coached the national team. He also played for Selangor in Malaya and Pakistan Air Force at club level. He won the Malaysia Cup twice with Selangor.
