For All Eternity, formed in 2008, is an Australian metalcore band from Sydney. The band independently released an extended play, For All Eternity, in 2009. Their first studio album, Beyond the Gates, was released in 2012 with Taperjean Records and Shock Records. Their second studio album, Metanoia, was released with Facedown Records in 2015. This album would be their Billboard magazine breakthrough release on the Christian Albums and Heatseekers Albums charts.

Background

For All Eternity is a hardcore and metal band from Sydney, New South Wales. [1] Their members are vocalist Shane Carroll, drummer and vocalist Michael Buckley, guitarists Jeremy Mosiejczuk and Nicholas Page, and bassist Scott Dibley. [1] Former members include guitarist Andrew Comale and bassists Nathanael Edwards and Gavin Bain. [2]

Music history

The band commenced as a musical entity in August 2008, [1] with their first release, an extended play, For All Eternity, which they released independently in 2009. [3] Their first studio album, Beyond the Gates, was released in tandem with Shock Records alongside Taperjean Records on 24 August 2012. [3] [4] Their subsequent studio album, Metanoia, was released on 10 July 2015 by Facedown Records, and this just happened to be the first ever worldwide release date for albums. [5] [6] [7] This album was their breakthrough release upon the Billboard magazine charts, where it peaked on the Christian Albums chart at No. 23, [8] [9] while it peaked at No. 21 on the Heatseekers Albums chart. [10] [11] Vocalist Shane Carroll stated that Vasely Sapunov of Saving Grace is who got the band placed on the label roster. [12]

Attalus is an American Christian rock band from Raleigh, North Carolina. The band started making music in 2010, with members, lead vocalist and keyboardist, Seth Davey, guitarist and background vocalist, Evan King, drummer, Adam King, bassist and background vocalist, Chris Sierra, and guitarist, John Sierra. The band released one extended play, The Greater Tide, independently, in 2010. Their next release, an album, Post Tenebras Lux, was released independently, in 2011. They released, another extended play, Brighter Side, in 2012. The subsequent album, also released independently, Gospel Hymns, Vol. 1, came out in 2013. They signed with Facedown Records, where they released, Into the Sea, a studio album, in 2015. Hands was an American Christian metal band from Fargo, North Dakota, United States. The band started making music in 2007, with lead vocalist and guitarist Shane Ochsner, lead guitarist Ian Johnson, bass guitarist Chris Schwartz, and drummer Josh Silbernagel. Jerik Hendrickson became the band's lead guitarist in 2010, but he has since left the band, with Shane Ochsner taking over lead guitar duties. The band released one extended play, The Everlasting, independently in 2007. Their first studio album, The Sounds of Earth, was released by Oort Records in 2009. The band signed with Facedown Records, where they released Creator, a studio album, in 2009. The third studio album, Give Me Rest, was released in 2011, also on Facedown Records. The band reunited in 2017 for Facedown Fest 2017.

Metanoia is the second studio album by For All Eternity. Facedown Records released the album on 10 July 2015.

XXI (formerly, A Feast for Kings (AFFK)) is an American Christian metal band that also takes influences from Alternative metal and Post-hardcore. They come from Carrollton, Kentucky, where they were formed in 2010, with lead vocalist Eric Gentry. Eric's death in 2014 was the reasoning behind the band's name change, with 'XXI' (Roman numerals for '21') being Eric's age at the time of his death. Their first extended play, Hell on Earth, was released in 2014, shortly before Eric's death, and under their former name. The debut studio album, Inside Out, was released with Carson Butcher as lead vocalist on Tooth & Nail Records in 2015. This album was their breakthrough album on both the Billboard magazine Christian Albums and Heatseekers Albums charts.

Rival Choir, formerly known as Mouth of the South, was an American Christian post-hardcore and metalcore band from Denton, Texas formed in 2007. The band signed with Facedown Records in January 2014. Struggle Well was the band's last album under the name Mouth of the South. After announcing their change from Mouth of the South to Rival Choir, their new album—I Believe, Help My Unbelief—was released on February 5, 2016, also by Facedown Records. On November 18, the band released the debut single from the new album, entitled "Aftermath".
