Francis Lumanlan "Blueboy" Nepomuceno (born May 27,1951) is a Filipino politician who served as 32nd mayor of Angeles City from 2007 to 2010. [1] [2] [3] He represented the Pampanga's first district from 1998 to 1997. He also served as vice mayor of Angeles City from 1995 to 1998.
