Edgardo Dizon "Ed" Pamintuan Sr. (born February 23,1949) is a Filipino lawyer and former politician. He is currently serving as chairman of Clark Development Corporation since 2021. He previously served as Mayor of Angeles City from 2010 to 2019; [ 2] [ 3] [ 4] he previously served in the same position from 1992 to 1998.
Personal life Pamintuan is married to Herminia de Guzman and has three children including Edu Pamintuan,currently serving as City Councilor of Angeles City.
