Freakshow is the second album by American rock band BulletBoys. [8] [9] It was released in 1991 by Warner Bros. Records. [10] It is the follow-up to their successful self-titled debut.
The album peaked at Number 69 on the Billboard 200. [11] Their cover of Tom Waits's "Hang On St. Christopher" reached 22 on the Mainstream Rock chart.[ citation needed ] Videos were made for "THC Groove","Hang On St. Christopher",and "Talk to Your Daughter".
In 2005,Wounded Bird Records re-released the album along with the follow-up, Za-Za ,on a single disc. [12]
Entertainment Weekly thought that "the problem is that all [the band's] charm has no foundation to stand on;there are no hooks or memorable melodies here." [5] The Chicago Tribune wrote:"Their cover of Tom Waits' 'Hang On St. Christopher' might make a few cringe-but then again,why would a Waits fan be listening to these guys?" [3]

Promotional singles and videos were released for the songs "THC Groove", "Hang On St. Christopher", and "Talk To Your Daughter". Their cover of Tom Waits' "Hang On St. Christopher" would go on to peak at Number 22 on the US Mainstream Rock Chart in 1991.
The Call is an American rock band formed in Santa Cruz, California in 1980. The main lineup consisted of members Michael Been, Scott Musick, Tom Ferrier, and Jim Goodwin. The band released nine studio albums over the next two decades before disbanding in 2000. Their 1986 song, "I Still Believe ", was covered by Tim Cappello and included in the 1987 film The Lost Boys. The band also achieved significant success in 1989 with "Let the Day Begin", which reached No. 1 on the Billboard U.S. Mainstream Rock chart and was later used as a campaign theme song for Al Gore's 2000 Presidential Campaign.
Gravity Kills is an American industrial rock band from St. Louis, Missouri. Formed in 1994, they had their first hit single with "Guilty", a track later released on their 1996 self-titled debut album. The band released two additional albums of new material, Perversion in 1998 and Superstarved in 2002, as well as a remix album in 1997. Their singles "Falling" and "One Thing" both achieved minor radio success. Their music was described by one critic as "a blending of eerie industrial rock with a pop-infused melodic chorus and a bit of hard-core head banging." Due to the lack of tour support from their record label, they were unable to complete a tour for Superstarved and broke up in 2003. From 2005 to 2012, Gravity Kills reunited for occasional one-off festivals and shows. The band reunited in 2023 as they reissued their self-titled debut album and announced a singular show in St. Louis that same year.
The Fire Inside is the fourteenth studio album by American singer-songwriter Bob Seger. The album was released in mid 1991 on the record label, Capitol. It was Seger's first album of entirely new music since Like a Rock in 1986. Though credited to "The Silver Bullet Band", much of the album used guest and session musicians, with limited contributions from Silver Bullet Band members. BulletBoys is an American hard rock/glam metal band formed in Los Angeles in 1987. The group's original lineup was composed of singer Marq Torien, guitarist Mick Sweda, bassist Lonnie Vencent, and drummer Jimmy D'Anda. The group released two successful albums and had a number of singles featured on MTV between 1988 and 1991. From the 1990s onward, the group went through numerous lineup changes, with Torien as the only consistent member. Their most recent album From Out of the Skies was released in 2018. The original lineup reunited for one-off shows in 2011 and 2019.
Groove metal, sometimes also called neo-thrash or post-thrash, is a subgenre of heavy metal music that began in the early 1990s. Heavily influenced by thrash metal, groove metal features raspy singing and screaming, down-tuned guitars, heavy guitar riffs, and syncopated rhythms. Groove metal is usually slower than thrash. Pantera are often considered the pioneers of groove metal, and the genre expanded in the 1990s with bands including White Zombie, Machine Head, and Sepultura. Successful groove metal acts of the 2000s include Lamb of God, DevilDriver, and Five Finger Death Punch.

Live Trucker is a live album by Kid Rock and the Twisted Brown Trucker band. It was released on February 28, 2006, via Top Dog/Atlantic Records. Most of the songs were recorded from August 26 through August 28, 2004 at DTE Energy Music Theatre in Clarkston, Michigan, except "Devil Without a Cause" and "Early Mornin' Stoned Pimp", which featured Joe C. and Uncle Kracker and were recorded on September 1, 2000 at Pine Knob Music Theatre, "Cowboy Intro", "Cowboy" and Gretchen Wilson-assisted "Picture", which were recorded at Cobo Arena in Detroit on March 27, 2004, and "Outstanding", which was recorded at soundcheck in St. Louis.

BulletBoys is the first album by the American rock band BulletBoys, released in 1988. The cover art is a copy of ".30 Bullet Piercing an Apple" by Harold Eugene Edgerton. The album features the hit "Smooth Up in Ya" as well as a cover of The O'Jay's song "For the Love of Money". The album reached No. 34 in the Billboard 200 chart and was certified gold in 1989 selling over 500,000 copies.

Acid Monkey is the fourth album by the American rock band BulletBoys, released in 1995 on Swordholio Records. The album marks a change in direction and style after the breakup of the band in 1993, featuring more of an alternative rock and pop punk influence, with singer Marq Torien and bassist Lonnie Vencent continuing to release albums under the BulletBoys name. Torien and Vencent were joined by guitarist Tommy Pittam and drummer Robby Karras for this album.

Bad as Me is the seventeenth and most recent studio album by American singer-songwriter Tom Waits, released on October 21, 2011 by Anti- Records. The album is known to have been recorded as early as February 2011 and was officially announced for release on August 23, 2011 on Waits' official web site and various social media networks. On the same day, the title track, "Bad as Me", was released as the album's first single on iTunes.
Murdered Love is the eighth studio album by American Christian metal band P.O.D., released on July 10, 2012.
