Imaginations from the Other Side is the fifth studio album by the German power metal band Blind Guardian, released in 1995. The atmosphere of this album is darker in comparison to their earlier works, such as Battalions of Fear, which had a relatively light tone. This album also marks the first since Battalions of Fear which Kai Hansen did not contribute guest vocals or guitar, and the last album to feature vocalist Hansi Kürsch as bassist. It was also their first album to spawn singles, namely "A Past and Future Secret" and "Bright Eyes". It was remastered and re-released on 15 June 2007, with bonus tracks and videos.

"'The Forgotten Tales'" contains several cover versions of popular songs, including "Mr. Sandman", "Surfin' U.S.A.", and "Spread Your Wings" as well as alternate versions of the band's previous works. Enter the Grave is the debut album by the English thrash metal band Evile. Released on 27 August 2007 in Europe and on 25 September in North America and Japan, the album received generally favorable reviews and entered the UK Rock Chart at number 33. It was produced by Flemming Rasmussen and recorded at Sweet Silence Studios, Copenhagen, Denmark. Rasmussen had produced three Metallica albums, which raised the profile of the album's release. The track "Thrasher" was included on the 2008 Earache Thrash Pack, a downloadable selection of songs for the music video console game Rock Band.
Out Where the Bright Lights Are Glowing is a studio album by American country music artist Ronnie Milsap, released in 1981 by RCA Records. The album produced one single, "Am I Losing You", which was a #1 hit for Milsap. The album is a tribute to the late Jim Reeves, and all songs are covers of Reeves songs, except for two new tunes, which were written about Reeves specifically for this project. The two new songs are "Out Where the Bright Lights are Glowing" and "Dear Friend".
Red, Hot and Heavy is the first full-length studio album by the Danish hard rock/heavy metal band Pretty Maids. It was released in 1984 by CBS Records. It is the only Pretty Maids album to feature Rick Hanson. After the album's release Hansen was briefly replaced by early Mercyful Fate guitarist Benny Petersen, who moved on to start the band Jackal that released four albums.
Jump the Gun is the third studio album by the Danish hard rock/heavy metal band Pretty Maids. It was released on 20 April 1990 in Europe by CBS. In the US, the title was changed to Lethal Heroes and it was released by Epic Records. The album was produced by Deep Purple's bass guitarist Roger Glover. According to CBS, it was then the most expensive album recording to date in Denmark, with a cost of around DKK 3–3.5 million. Jump the Gun was nominated for Danish Heavy Rock Album of the Year at the 1991 Danish Grammy Awards, but lost to Skagarack's A Slice of Heaven.

Stripped is the fifth studio album by the Danish hard rock/heavy metal band Pretty Maids, released on 6 September 1993 by Columbia Records. In 1992, Pretty Maids released an extended play with acoustic versions entitled Offside for the Japanese market. Due to the success of Offside, the band decided to record a full-length acoustic album with a mixture of new songs and cover songs. "Savage Heart" had previously been released on Jump the Gun (1990), and "Please Don't Leave Me", "In the Minds of the Young", "39" and "Heartbeat from Heaven" were released on Offside. The single "Please Don't Leave Me" reached number 10 on the Danish Singles Chart in 1993.

Night of the Crime is the second album by American rock band Icon. It was far more polished than their self-titled debut and forayed into areas of glam only previously alluded to on their debut. It was produced and engineered by Eddie Kramer. Around 30 songs were demoed for the album, and Kramer's version included one more finished track, "Hang Tough". Ron Nevison mixed the album and "Hang Tough" did not make it to the final release. The album has, like the debut, been remastered and re-released several times on CD. Night of the Crime was voted third best AOR album of all time by Kerrang! magazine readers in 1988, behind multimillion-selling classic albums by Journey and Michael Bolton.
Tim Christensen and The Damn Crystals is the fourth studio album by Danish singer-songwriter Tim Christensen, and the eponymous first album of the formation Tim Christensen and The Damn Crystals. The album was released on 25 November 2011 on CD and as music download. The vinyl release was delayed to 20 December 2011 due to printing issues affecting quality. A Japanese bonus edition was released on 23 May 2012.
Kingmaker is the fifteenth studio album by Danish hard rock/heavy metal Pretty Maids. The album was released in Japan on 21 October 2016, and in the rest of the world on 4 November 2016 by Frontiers Records. It is the first album of all new material since Motherland (2013). Kingmaker is the first album without keyboard player Morten Sandager who left the band in February 2016 after joining Pretty Maids in 2006. Instead Kim Olesen of Anubis Gate plays keyboards on the album.
Ronnie Atkins is a Danish singer, best known as the co-founder, lead vocalist and primary songwriter for heavy metal band Pretty Maids. Atkins co-founded Pretty Maids in Horsens, Denmark in 1981 with guitarist Ken Hammer. Pretty Maids has released sixteen studio albums, four live albums and four extended plays.
