The Bicol Region,designated as Region V,is an administrative region of the Philippines. It comprises six provinces,four on the Bicol Peninsula:Albay,Camarines Norte,Camarines Sur,and Sorsogon,and two off the shore:Catanduanes and Masbate.
Camarines Sur,officially the Province of Camarines Sur,is a province in the Philippines located in the Bicol Region on Luzon. Its capital is Pili and the province borders Camarines Norte and Quezon to the northwest,and Albay to the south. To the east lies the island province of Catanduanes across the Maqueda Channel.
Naga,officially the City of Naga,or the Pilgrim City of Naga,is a 1st class independent component city in the Bicol Region. According to the 2020 census,Naga has a population of 209,170 people. The most populous in Camarines Sur and the second most populous following Legazpi City in Albay.

Isabel,is a private Catholic university run by the Sisters of Charity of Saint Vincent De Paul in Naga,Camarines Sur,Philippines. It was founded by the Rt Rev. Francisco Gainza,O.P.,Bishop of Caceres,in 1868 as the first normal school for women in the Philippines and Southeast Asia,named in honor of the university's patron,St. Isabel,Queen of Hungary.

Metropolitan Naga was a metropolitan area in the Bicol Region of the Philippines that consisted of the city of Naga and its 14 neighboring municipalities in Camarines Sur. The metropolitan area,which was managed by the Metro Naga Development Council,also included Pili,the capital of the Camarines Sur,and covered most of the 3rd district of the province and part of its 1st,2nd,4th and 5th districts. Metro Naga comprised about 40% of the total population of the province,while covering 22.9% of the province in area.
Rolando Aureo Gutierrez Andaya Jr.,also known as Nonoy Andaya,was a Filipino lawyer and politician who served as a member of the House of Representatives. He represented the 1st district of Camarines Sur from 1998 to 2006 and again from 2010 to 2019. During the 17th Congress,he was a House Deputy Speaker from 2016 to 2018 and was subsequently elected House Majority Leader,serving from 2018 to 2019. In his inter-congressional years,he was the Secretary of Budget and Management from 2006 to 2010 in President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo's cabinet.
Maria Leonor "Leni" Robredo is a Filipino lawyer and politician who served as the 14th vice president of the Philippines from 2016 to 2022. She previously served as the representative of the 3rd district of Camarines Sur from 2013 to 2016.

Felix Abad Fuentebella was a Filipino politician. He was the Representative of the 2nd District of Camarines Sur in the Philippines from 1954 to 1972 and the Provincial Governor of Camarines Sur from 1976 until 1986. He is the son of former Ambos Camarines Governor Mariano Fuentebella and the half brother of Jose Fuentebella and Manuel Fuentebella.

Vice Admiral Adeluis Santelices Bordado is a Filipino retired Admiral who served as the Flag Officer in-Command of the Philippine Navy from 8 June 2021 to 8 September 2022. Prior to his post,he served as the vice commander of the Philippine Navy,the Chief of Naval Staff and the AFP Education,Training and Doctrine Command (AFPETDC). He is a graduate of the Philippine Military Academy "Maringal" Class of 1988.
