Gaetano Saya (born 24 April 1956) is a former Italian politician. Leader of the New MSI, an ultranationalist far-right party, Saya has claimed to have been a member of Gladio, NATO's stay-behind anti-Communist network during the Cold War, involved in Italy's strategy of tension during the "Years of Lead".
In November 2004, Gaetano Saya was charged with hate speech, allegedly broadcast through his party's website. In 2005, he was detained by the Prosecutor of Genoa on charges of having established a "secret parallel police" named D.S.S.A. (Department of Anti-terrorism and Strategic Studies). [1] [2] [3] In 2011, he was found innocent by the Prosecutor of the Court of Milan.
Saya is known for his verbal struggle with many writers and political figures, and military chief NATO-OTAN. The last leader of the Italian Social Movement, Gianfranco Fini, has called Gaetano Saya "a madman who uses the MSI logo without rights". Nonetheless, Saya has won all court cases against Gianfranco Fini. At Florence, the Court of Appeal adjudicated his ownership of the MSI logo. His lawyers pressed charges against Fini for slander against Saya over the years. During a well-known Italian radio program, La Zanzara by Giuseppe Cruciani, Saya discussed his case with interviewer David Parenzo.
In early 2017, Saya was arrested; he was released on 4 May 2017.
On 4 April 2019, the Criminal Court of Rome acquitted Saya, represented by lawyer Antonio Gallinaro, from charges pressed by Gianfranco Fini, with the formula "for not having committed the deed". Immediately afterwards, Saya pressed charges of slander against Fini, requesting compensation of one million euros. The doctrine (CONSERVATIVE) has recently been given life in the panorama of Italian politics with the establishment of the Patriot Party. The popular Rai Tre Report program recently broadcast a video, where Gaetano Saya, Worshipful Master of the Masonic Lodge Disclosure 1, is indicated as belonging to NATO secret services, "Italian stay behind next".
National Alliance was a national conservative political party in Italy. It was the successor of the Italian Social Movement (MSI), a neo-fascist party founded in 1946 by former followers of Benito Mussolini that had moderated its policies over its last decades and finally distanced itself from its former ideology, a move known as post-fascismo, during a convention in Fiuggi by dissolving into the new party in 1995.

He is the former leader of the far-right Italian Social Movement, the conservative National Alliance, and the center-right Future and Freedom party. He was Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs in Silvio Berlusconi's government from 2001 to 2006.
The Piazza Fontana bombing was a terrorist attack that occurred on 12 December 1969 when a bomb exploded at the headquarters of Banca Nazionale dell'Agricoltura in Piazza Fontana in Milan, Italy, killing 17 people and wounding 88. The same afternoon, another bomb exploded in a bank in Rome, and another was found unexploded in the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. The attack was carried out by the Third Position, neo-fascist paramilitary terrorist group Ordine Nuovo, and possibly undetermined collaborators.

He was described as a "maverick journalist with excellent secret service contacts". According to Pecorelli, Aldo Moro's kidnapping had been organized by a "lucid superpower" and was inspired by the "logic of Yalta". The Red Brigades was an Italian Marxist–Leninist armed terrorist guerilla group. It was responsible for numerous violent incidents during Italy's Years of Lead, including the kidnapping and murder of Aldo Moro in 1978. A former prime minister of Italy through the Organic centre-left, the murder of Aldo Moro was widely condemned, as was the murder of left-wing trade unionist Guido Rossa in January 1979. Sandro Pertini, the then left-wing president of Italy, said at Rossa's funeral: "It is not the President of the Republic speaking, but comrade Pertini. I knew [the real] red brigades: they fought with me against the fascists, not against democrats. For shame!"
