Garsak-e Bala (Persian : گرسك بالا, also Romanized as Garsak-e Bālā; also known as Garsag) [1] is a village in Lat Leyl Rural District, Otaqvar District, Langarud County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported. [2]
