Geromyia penniseti, the millet grain midge,^[2] is a species of gall midge in the family Cecidomyiidae.^[1]^[2]^[3] It is found in Africa and South Asia.^[2]^[3] During the rainy season, it feeds on the developing grains of pearl millet plants.^[4]
