As of the census [5] of 2000, there were 117 people, 48 households, and 32 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 212.86 inhabitants per square mile (82.19/km2). There were 56 housing units at an average density of 83.6 per square mile (32.3/km2). The racial makeup of the CDP was 71.79% White, 23.08% African American, 1.71% from other races, and 3.42% from two or more races.
There were 48 households, out of which 25.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 45.8% were married couples living together, 18.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 33.3% were non-families. 22.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 12.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.44 and the average family size was 2.97.
In the CDP, the population was spread out, with 26.5% under the age of 18, 7.7% from 18 to 24, 29.1% from 25 to 44, 21.4% from 45 to 64, and 15.4% who were 65 years of age or older.
