Glass Casket is an EP by American deathcore band Glass Casket. The EP was released on June 9, 2023 through Silent Pendulum Records.
Shortly after the release of the band's second album, Desperate Man's Diary, Glass Casket became mostly inactive as the members focused on other projects. [5] In January 2014, it was announced that guitarist Wes Hauch had joined the band. [6] Around this same time, band members stated that they were writing material for a new Glass Casket record.
On January 27, 2023, Silent Pendulum Records founder and CEO Michael Kadner announced that Glass Casket had been signed to the label and that a new record would be released later in the year; additionally, Kadner also announced that Silent Pendulum had obtained the rights to We Are Gathered Here Today and Desperate Man's Diary and would be reissuing the albums on vinyl. [7] After spending more than a decade in development hell, Glass Casket released its first new song in 17 years, "Let Them Go", on March 16 as the lead single from the upcoming release. [8] That same day, the band announced that it would be releasing a self-titled EP on June 9. [9]

Cave In is an American rock band that formed in 1995 in Methuen, Massachusetts. The band's lineup solidified with the 1998 release of Until Your Heart Stops through Hydra Head Records, and their early albums were prominent in the metalcore scene. The band later experimented with other genres, receiving mainstream recognition for their 2003 RCA Records album Antenna and its lead single "Anchor," which had an overall alternative rock style. The group went on hiatus in 2006, later reforming in 2009 with the release of the Planets of Old EP, followed by the White Silence LP in 2011, both of which saw a return to Cave In's earlier and heavier sound.

The album also managed to peak at number 21 on Billboard's Hard Rock album chart. In July 2020, after the release of their remix album, the band announced it changed its name to Vein.fm.
