Basque music refers to the music made in the Basque Country, reflecting traits related to its society/tradition, and devised by people from that territory. While traditionally more closely associated to rural based and Basque language music, the growing diversification of its production during the last decades has tipped the scale in favour of a broad definition.
A Country Practice is an Australian television soap opera/serial which was broadcast on the Seven Network from 18 November 1981 until 22 November 1993, and subsequently on Network Ten from 13 April 1994 to 5 November 1994. Altogether, 14 seasons and 1,088 episodes were produced.
Las noticias del guiñol was a satirical news programme that aired on Canal+ and Cuatro in Spain. It is somewhat based on a similar programme airing on its sister Canal+ network in France, Les Guignols de l'info, in that it features latex puppets. Latex casts may be shared among countries with local celebrities being used as anonymous citizens in foreign shows. It was initially hosted by the puppets of Marta Reyero and Hilario Pino, the real hosts of the channel daily news. Later, its host was a facsimile of Michael Robinson, an English-born football pundit; and in the final seasons it was conducted by the puppet of Iker Jiménez.

Following his success, Dudagoitia started working as a commentator in the debate of “El Conquistador del Fin del Mundo”, called “El Conquis: La Aventura” and directed by Patxi Alonso, a Basque journalist. In 2015 he was premiered as a TV presenter with the program “Safari Wazungu”. He has also published a book called “Gotzon Mantuliz. Diario de un conquistador.”

The television series was broadcast in two different time frames from 2002 to 2005 and then from 2007 to 2010. The television series was presented by Jesús Quintero and the script was narrated by Javier Salvago. The television show was widely regarded as a premier television show in Spain as it included interviews with politicians and various celebrities from across the world. The show was broadcast on Canal Sur, Telemadrid, ETB 2, 7RM, RTPA and TVE Internacional.
Patricia Jesusa Gaztañaga Artolozaga is a Spanish retired television broadcaster. She began her media career broadcasting the Los 40 Principales radio programme when she was 17 years old and went on to join the Basque regional public service broadcaster EITB, presenting multiple programmes for it. Gaztañaga presented more than 1,500 episodes of the weekday Antena 3 afternoon show Patricia's Diary between 2001 and 2008 as well as other various short-lived programmes on the channel. She returned to EITB for three years from 2012 to 2015 and her final work in television before her retirement from the industry came with RTVE in 2016.
