Goshamahal Assembly constituency is a constituency of Telangana Legislative Assembly, India. [1] It is one of 15 constituencies in Capital city of Hyderabad.It is part of Hyderabad Lok Sabha constituency. [2] [3] [4] Raja Singh of Bharatiya Janata Party is representing the constituency. He was elected for the first time in 2014 and re-elected for second term in 2018.The constituency before 2008 was Maharaj Gunj and its Legislator was Prem singh Rathore from BJP(now TRS) He served for 7 years.

Begum Bazaar is the biggest commercial market in Hyderabad, India. It was established during the Qutb Shahi rule. Begum Bazar is located about a half of a kilometer from the Naya Pul bridge in the Old City. It is an old retail and wholesale market for household commodities.
