Grand Hyatt Goa is a five-star deluxe hotel located by Bambolim Bay in Goa, India. [1] Designed in 1990, the construction of the hotel was started initially in 1995 by the Dynamix Group and thereafter on the formation of DB Group. Work was suspended in between for a few years due to a crisis in the real estate sector all over the country. During end 2005, the work was recommenced to complete the Project. On December 22, 2009, DB Hospitality signed an agreement with Hyatt International for 5 Hyatt hotels in India. [2]
The hotel was built at a cost of Rs. 5,500 million on 28 acres of landed property at Bambolim, North Goa. It is the largest Hyatt hotel in Goa, India.
The property was purchased by the Dynamix Group under their holding company Goan Real Estate and Construction Ltd (later changed to Private Limited Company) during 1992 and 1993.
The plan for a grand hotel was conceptualized during mid 1995 and construction was accordingly commenced after receipt of requisite permissions. The hotel architecture was done by Chandrasekhar Kanetkar.
Occupation of the hotel was obtained on 11 July 2010, and all licenses, permissions etc. were put in place thereafter for commencing operations. The hotel was opened on 1 August 2011.

Albuquerque Plaza, also known as WaFd Bank Building, is a 107 m (351 ft) high-rise building or skyscraper on the south side of Civic Plaza 201 Third Street NW, in Downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is the taller of a two tower complex that contains class-A office space connected at ground level by a two-story promenade containing retail space connecting to the shorter Hyatt Regency Albuquerque hotel tower. The Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok is a luxury hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. It opened in 1991, replacing the ailing government-owned Erawan Hotel, on a corner of Ratchaprasong Intersection in the modern city centre. It is jointly owned by Thai hospitality company The Erawan Group and the government-owned company The Syndicate of Thai Hotels and Tourists Enterprises, which previously operated the Erawan, and is managed by Hyatt Hotels and Resorts. The hotel building was designed by Rangsan Torsuwan in a postmodern style employing traditional Thai elements, and features a shopping mall inside the building, known as Erawan Bangkok. The property is adjacent to the popular Erawan Shrine, which was built to alleviate bad luck during the construction of the original hotel.
One Bangkok is a US$3.9 billion mixed-use development under construction in Bangkok, Thailand. One Bangkok is being developed by Frasers Property, a subsidiary of TCC Group, one of Thailand's largest conglomerates.
