Gregory Richard Myers (born April 14,1966) is an American former professional baseball catcher. He played 18 seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Toronto Blue Jays,California Angels,Minnesota Twins,Atlanta Braves,San Diego Padres,Baltimore Orioles,and Oakland Athletics. [1]
In 1993,Myers was Nolan Ryan's 5,714th —and last —strikeout victim. [2] In 2003,Myers rejuvenated his career with the Blue Jays,returning as a starting catcher. That year,he hit .307,with 15 home runs,and 52 runs batted in (RBI). [1] In 2004,Myers suffered an injury when he slid into second base during a game against the Minnesota Twins at the Metrodome. He was out for the entire year and decided to retire after the 2005 season.
Henry Ramón Blanco is a Venezuelan professional baseball coach and former player. He is currently the catching and strategy coach for the Washington Nationals. He played as a catcher in Major League Baseball from 1997 to 2013,appearing for the Los Angeles Dodgers,Colorado Rockies,Milwaukee Brewers,Atlanta Braves,Minnesota Twins,Chicago Cubs,San Diego Padres,New York Mets,Arizona Diamondbacks,Toronto Blue Jays,and Seattle Mariners. Morneau held that position throughout his career and in 2007 became the first Twin since Gary Gaetti in 1987–1988 to hit 30 home runs in consecutive seasons.

In 864 career games,Redmond recorded a batting average of .287 and accumulated 13 home runs,and 243 runs batted in (RBI).
