The women's artistic gymnastics all-around at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics was held at the America Pavilion on October 12.
Qualification took place over four days from October 7-10. Anastasiia Bachynska from Ukraine qualified in first, followed by Italy's Giorgia Villa and Tang Xijing of China. [1]

She is the 2018 Mediterranean Games champion in the all-around, on the floor exercise, and with the Italian team. She is the 2019 Summer Universiade silver medalist on the balance beam and bronze medalist with the team.
Giorgia Villa is an Italian artistic gymnast. She was a member of the historic team that won bronze at the 2019 World Championships in Stuttgart, Germany. Individually, she is the 2018, 2020, and 2021 Italian national champion, the 2018 Youth Olympic champion, and the 2018 European junior champion. She is also a member of the Italian national team.
Ksenia Anatolyevna Klimenko is a Russian artistic gymnast. She is the 2018 Youth Olympics Uneven Bar Champion, the 2017 European Youth Summer Olympic Festival All-Around Champion and the 2018 European Junior all-around bronze medalist.

Emma Slevin is an Irish artistic gymnast. She represented Ireland at the 2018 Youth Olympic Games. She was the first Irish female gymnast to qualify for a senior all-around final at the European Championships, doing so in 2021.
