H-Logic is the fourth studio album by South Korean singer Lee Hyori. It was released on April 12, 2010. [1] The album has 14 tracks, including collaborations with Daesung from Big Bang, Jiyoon from 4Minute, Bekah from After School, Gary from Leessang, and Sangchu from Mighty Mouth. The singer worked also with E-Tribe, the team behind "U-Go-Girl", the lead single from her previous album.

Contents

The album sold 31,756 copies in 2010, making it the 46th best-selling Korean album in 2010. [2] The promotions ended after the outputs of the two singles "Bring It Back" and "How Did We Get". Following the album’s release, seven tracks from the album was revealed to be plagiarized by Bahnus Vacuum. After the controversy, Lee took a temporary hiatus until 2013.

Release

Lee’s comeback made their return with their fourth studio album, the titled album was called H-Logic which would be shortly released on April 12, 2010, the album’s showcase would be in it.

Singles

Lee performed "Swing" in the music video as their first single with Gary of Leessang. The music video for the second single "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" was released on April 7, 2011.

Accolades

"Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" received a nomination for Best Dance Performance – Solo at the 2010 Mnet Asian Music Awards, but lost to Rain's "Love Song".

A dance-pop number with hip hop influences, "U-Go-Girl" was written and produced by songwriting duo E-Tribe, who would later compose Girls' Generation's "Gee" (2009) and Miss A's "Hush" (2013). "U-Go-Girl" was made available via Mnet.com along with the second title track "Hey, Mr. Big" as one of the pre-releases.

Kang Hee-gun, better known by his stage name Gary, is a South Korean rapper, songwriter, record producer, entrepreneur, and television personality. Besides being a solo artist, he is also the rapper and lyricist of the former hip hop duo Leessang. Since their formation in 2002, the group has produced a total of eight albums and had several hits under their belt. In 2014, Gary made his debut as a solo artist with the mini-album Mr.Gae. Despite the album being banned by all major TV broadcast stations for its 19+ content, his songs still managed to top several charts. Spica was a South Korean girl group formed in 2012 under B2M Entertainment. The group consists of Kim Boa, Park Sihyun, Park Narae, Yang Jiwon and Kim Bohyung. Ryan S. Jhun is a South Korean songwriter and producer. Jhun is known for his work with various K-pop soloists and idol groups, getting his start through acts from SM Entertainment such as Shinee, Super Junior, f(x), Taeyeon, Exo, NCT, and TVXQ. He has since produced for several artists from other labels like IU, Loona, Lee Hyo-ri, U-KISS, Girl's Day, Twice, Oh My Girl, Monsta X, and Ive, as well as songs for audition programs Produce 101 and My Teenage Girl.

Black is the sixth and most recent studio album by South Korean singer-songwriter Lee Hyori. It was released on July 4, 2017, by Kiwi Media Group and distributed by LOEN Entertainment. It is her first full-length after a four-year hiatus since Monochrome (2013). It comes after the expiration of her contract with B2M Entertainment and signing with Kim Hyung Suk's Kiwi Media Group.

SSAK3 is a seasonal South Korean supergroup formed on the MBC variety show Hangout with Yoo. The group consists of members Yoo Jae-suk, Lee Hyori and Rain, using the stage names U-Doragon, Linda G and B.Ryong, respectively. They made their debut with the single "Beach Again" on July 25, 2020. The group members have planned for the group to potentially be a seasonal group promoting during summer and winter.

Hot Sauce is the first studio album by South Korean boy band NCT Dream, the third sub-unit of the South Korean boy band NCT. It was released on May 10, 2021, through SM Entertainment. Following their previous EP, Reload, this album marks NCT Dream's first release to feature back as a seven-member unit following the return of Mark from the termination of the age-based graduation system that was operated in the group. Hot Sauce is one of the best-selling albums in South Korea.

"10 Minutes" is the debut single by South Korean recording artist Lee Hyori. It is taken from her debut studio album Stylish..., which was released through DSP Media and CJ E&M on August 13, 2003. A R&B and hip hop number, "10 Minutes" was written by MayBee with production handled by Kim Do-hyun. Following its release, the song became a commercial hit in South Korea and spurred numerous musical and fashion trends at the time—its popularity gave way to what domestic media dubbed as the "Hyori Syndrome".
