H43 Lund^[1] is a handball team from Sweden. The club played in the Elitserien but after bankruptcy in 2014 they no longer exist.^[2] The youth club under the same name is a new club founded in 2015 under same short name (but not same full name) The club was founded in 1943 in a school class in Lund. Their teacher Y. Wallmer helped the boys found the club at a local café.^[3] 13 years later the club was playing in Sweden's highest division. H43 Lund played in "allsvenskan" for 14 years 1956-1970 before they were relegated to the second division. After nine years they were back in the top division but now only for seven years. In 2000 H43 Lund was back in "Elitserien" and stayed there for 12 years. During 2012/13 H43 played one year in division 2 but then came back. Economic bankruptcy in 2014 ended the history of the club. Former it was called "Lunds handbollsklubb av år 1943" now it is "H43 Lunds handbollsklubb".^[4] The club had to start in the bottom again and now the men are playing at the 4th level and so do the ladies.

Hammarby IF Ishockeyförening was a Stockholm-based professional ice hockey team that for most of its history played in Hovet. Hammarby IF started playing hockey in 1921, playing their first matches using a group of curious bandy players. Hammarby were giants in the early history of Swedish hockey, playing in Sweden's top league from the birth of Swedish organized hockey in 1922 until 1957. During that period, they were crowned Swedish champions eight times in 13 attempts. The rest of their history was more modest, having qualified for play in Elitserien only twice, however during their entire existence, they never played in a lower league than the second tier. As of 2013, five seasons after the club's bankruptcy, Hammarby is 17th in the Marathon standings for the highest division of Swedish ice hockey.

HockeyAllsvenskan is a professional ice hockey league, and the second-highest league in the Swedish ice hockey system, after the SHL. Since the 2009–10 season, the league has consisted of fourteen teams.

HK Drott Halmstad is a handball club, based in Halmstad, Sweden. The club has won the Swedish Championship eleven times, last in 2013. Together with Redbergslids IK, HK Drott have dominated Swedish handball between 1984 and 2003. This club has had many famous players, among them Magnus Andersson, Ola Lindgren, Bengt Johansson and Göran Bengtsson.

Skellefteå AIK is a Swedish professional ice hockey club from Skellefteå, Sweden. They currently play In the Swedish Hockey League. They play their home games in Skellefteå Kraft Arena, which seats 6,001 spectators. The team has won the Swedish Championship three times – in 1978, 2013, and 2014. They reached the SHL championship finals six years in a row between 2011–2016, tying Färjestad BK's streak between 2001–2006, winning two times.

Idrottsföreningen Kamraterna Kristianstad, or IFK Kristianstad, is a Swedish professional handball club based in Kristianstad. They play in Handbollsligan, the top level of Swedish men's handball. The club was founded in 1899 as a multi-sport club. The handball team made its debut in 1925 and has been the only section of the club since 2000. The club plays its home matches at Kristianstad Arena.

Idrottsföreningen Kamraterna Rättvik, commonly known as IFK Rättvik, is a sports club in Rättvik, Sweden. The club colours are white and blue, like for most IFK clubs. The club was founded in 1906 and is playing bandy, association football and handball.

Lugi HF is a professional handball team from Lund, Sweden. Both the men's and women's teams play in the top division in 2023–24, Handbollsligan and Handbollsligan (women's).

H 43 Lund withdrew during the season due to bankruptcy. IFK Kristianstad won the regular season and also won the playoffs to claim their fifth Swedish title.

Västerås HF was a Swedish handball club based in Västerås. The club was founded in 1934. In 1942–43, the club made its debut in both the top division, Allsvenskan, and Svenska mästerskapet (SM), the tournament held to determine the Swedish champions. They finished fifth in the league, and reached the SM final, where they were defeated by Majornas IK. In the following season they reached the semifinals in SM, but were again defeated by Majornas IK. They reached the SM quarterfinals in 1945–46, 1946–47 and 1947–48. In 1947–48 they were also relegated from the top division and never returned. They reached the semifinals in SM in 1949–50, where they lost against Örebro SK. Västerås HF reached the SM quarterfinals in 1950–51 and 1951–52, after which the tournament was discontinued and the Swedish champions were determined by the league.

Irsta HF were a Swedish handball club based in Västerås. The club was founded in 1965. They were promoted to the top division, at the time known as Elitserien, in 1989. In their debut season in the top-flight, they finished fourth and qualified for the playoffs. They were eliminated in the semifinals by HK Drott. In the following season, they finished second in the league and defeated Ystads IF in the semifinals. They lost the final series against HK Drott. They participated in the EHF Cup Winners' Cup in 1991–92, but were eliminated by RK Crvena zvezda in the round of 16. They continued to play in Elitserien until they were relegated in 1996, but never again reached the playoffs.

Veroljub Kosovac is a Serbian handball coach and former player who played as a goalkeeper.

Zoran Roganović is a Montenegrin former handball player and current coach of Swedish club Eskilstuna Guif.

Önnereds HK is a handball club based in Gothenburg, Sweden. Around 60 teams are organized in the club.
