Harborside is an office complex in the Exchange Place district of Jersey City, New Jersey located on the Hudson Waterfront. All the buildings are owned and managed by Veris Residential, with the exception of Harborside Plaza 10, which it sold but continues to manage.
Marina City is a mixed-use residential-commercial building complex in Chicago, Illinois, United States, North America, designed by architect Bertrand Goldberg. The multi-building complex opened between 1963 and 1967 and occupies almost an entire city block on State Street on the north bank of the Chicago River on the Near North Side, directly across from the Loop. Portions of the complex were designated a Chicago Landmark in 2016. The towers' symbolic similarity to rural Illinois corncobs has often been noted in media.
The Sapphire Tower was a proposed luxury hotel and condominium skyscraper in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, to be built by developer Harry Stinson. It was so named because all plans for it had deep blue glass curtain walls. This site had been involved in numerous other proposals, including Stinson's own Downtown Plaza concept, and an earlier proposal that would have incorporated the neighbouring Graphic Arts Building.
Union Square is a commercial and residential real estate project in Hong Kong on the West Kowloon reclamation. Covering 13.54 hectares, the site has a gross floor area of 1,090,026 square metres (11,732,940 sq ft), approximately the size of the Canary Wharf development in London. As of 2011, the site contained some of the tallest buildings in Hong Kong — including the tallest commercial building in Hong Kong, the 118-storey International Commerce Centre and the loftiest residential tower in Hong Kong, The Cullinan.
The Sail @ Marina Bay is a waterfront lifestyle condominium located in the Marina Bay area in Singapore. It was completed in 2008. The first tenants have moved into Central Park Tower in July 2008. Residents moved into Marina Bay Tower a few weeks later. The structure of The Sail is 245 m (804 ft) with 70 storeys and is one of Singapore's tallest condominia/apartment buildings. This development offers panoramic city view of Marina Bay and the sea. It is close to some of Singapore's famous landmarks such as Suntec City, Marina Bay Sands, Esplanade, Telok Ayer Market and the Singapore River. The Downtown MRT station is built a few meters to the West of the building. The building was erected on reclaimed land, and the Central Linear Park is built on the South Side next to the building.
The Harbor Towers are two 40-story residential towers located on the waterfront of Boston, Massachusetts, in between the New England Aquarium and the Rowes Wharf mixed-use development. Harbor Towers I, the taller of the two towers, stands at 400 ft (121.9 m), while Harbor Towers II rises 396 ft (120.7 m). Harbor Towers I is tied for the 37th-tallest building in Boston. They were designed by Henry N. Cobb of I. M. Pei & Partners.

One Bayfront Plaza is a proposed supertall skyscraper in Miami, Florida, U.S. The building, construction of which has been approved, would stand at 1,049 feet (320 m), with 93 floors, becoming the tallest building in Miami and Florida. One Bayfront Plaza would primarily consist of offices and hotel space, but also would include a retail mall, condominiums, and parking garage on the lower levels, as well as possibly an observation deck at the top. The entire project consists of over 1,400,000 square feet (100,000 m2) of Class A office and hotel space, as well as a total building area of over 4,000,000 square feet (371,612 m2) including the large podium. One Bayfront Plaza is the first skyscraper over 1,000 feet (305 m) to be approved for construction in Miami. The building's primary advocate is real estate developer Tibor Hollo, who has won several awards for his 55 years as a developer in Miami, and is currently the president of Florida East Coast Realty.
Republic Center is a mixed-use complex at 300 N. Ervay Street and 325 N. St. Paul Street in the City Center District of downtown Dallas, Texas (USA), adjacent to Thanks-giving Square. The complex is located diagonally across the street from DART's St. Paul Station, which serves its Blue, Red, Orange, and Green light rail lines. It also contains part of the Dallas Pedestrian Network, with shops and restaurants in the lower levels of the building and is connected to the Bullington Truck Terminal.
Renaissance Plaza is a proposed residential and retail complex to be built on a 5.5-acre (2.2 ha) site in the Delaware Riverfront region of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The previous World Trade Square complex design was to be developed by Carl Marks Real Estate Group and called for four high-rise office buildings: Old City Harbor Tower I, Old City Harbor Tower II, Old City Harbor Tower III, and the Greater Philadelphia World Trade Center.
Hudson Greene is an apartment complex in Jersey City, New Jersey which consists two towers, the East Tower at 77 Hudson Street, which are condominiums, and the West Tower at 70 Greene Street, which are rental apartments. Both have 48 floors and are 500 ft (152m) tall. They are tied with each other for 16th tallest building in Jersey City. Construction on the towers began on June 25, 2006, and was completed in 2009 and 2010. The East Tower at 77 Hudson Street has 420 residences and 19,000 square feet (1,800 m2) of street-level retail space. The building was designed by the architectural firm CetraRuddy.
Trump Plaza also known as Trump Plaza Residences, is the first of two apartment complex buildings to be built in Jersey City, New Jersey. Trump Plaza Residences is 532 ft tall (162 m) and has 55 floors, and is the 7th tallest residential building in New Jersey. In 2020, the Trump name was removed from the properties and has been renamed the 88 Morgan Street Condominiums.
Abu Dhabi Plaza is a mixed-use development complex in the very center of Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan. As of 2022, the tallest tower of Abu Dhabi Plaza at 320 metres (1,050 ft) is the tallest building in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.

99 Hudson is a 79-story condominium in Jersey City, New Jersey. It is the tallest building in Jersey City and the state of New Jersey, and the 46th tallest building in the United States. It is also the tallest residential building in the United States outside of New York City and Chicago. Developed by China Overseas America, 99 Hudson is the first residential project in the U.S. for the firm. The 1.4 million square-foot building includes 781 condominium units ranging from studios to three bedrooms.
Journal Squared, or J2, is a three-tower retail and residential complex under construction at Journal Square in Jersey City, New Jersey. Upon completion, the complex will consist of buildings of 54, 60, and 70 stories, among the tallest buildings in the state.
Jersey City Urby is a residential tower complex in downtown Jersey City, New Jersey, United States, known for its Jenga-like appearance. The first tower was proposed in 2012 as URL Harborside, and later renamed to Jersey City Urby. The construction of the first tower began in 2014, and completed in 2017. At 713 feet (217 m), the 69-story tower is the fourth tallest building in New Jersey, as well as in Jersey City as of August 2022. It overtook Ocean Resort Casino in Atlantic City for the title of second place when it was completed, but moved down to fourth after the constructions of 99 Hudson Street and Journal Squared Tower 2 respectively. The company, Urby, also has five other locations such as Staten Island, Stamford, Dallas, Newark, and Harrison.
