Itta Bena is a city in Leflore County, Mississippi, United States. The population was 2,049 at the 2010 census. The town's name is derived from the Choctaw phrase iti bina, meaning "forest camp". Itta Bena is part of the Greenwood, Mississippi micropolitan area. It developed as a trading center of an area of cotton plantations.

Murphy Center

Charles M. Murphy Athletic Center is the name of the main athletic department building at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The building opened December 11, 1972, and is named in honor of former athletics director Charles M. "Bubber" Murphy, a standout athlete at the college in the 1930s, who also served as head coach of Middle Tennessee State's football (1947-1968), basketball (1948-1949), and baseball programs.

Athletics–Recreation Center athletic venue at Valparaiso University, Indiana, US

The Athletics–Recreation Center, also known as the ARC, is a 5,000-seat multi-purpose arena on the campus of Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana, United States. It serves as the home court for Valparaiso Crusaders men's and women's basketball teams as well as the volleyball team. It opened in 1984 as an addition to Hilltop Gym, the oldest parts of which date to 1939.

Pete Mathews Coliseum is a 3,500-seat multi-purpose arena in Jacksonville, Alabama. It is home to the Jacksonville State University Gamecocks men's and women's basketball teams as well as the women's volleyball team. It also hosts the annual Calhoun County High School Basketball Tournament held each January, in which all high school basketball teams in Calhoun County, Alabama compete. The arena has been the annual host for this event since the early 1990s. Prior to that time, the event was held in different facilities around Calhoun County. The venue opened in 1974 when the basketball team moved there from Stephenson Hall. In addition to the arena, the coliseum also houses an indoor swimming pool. Prior to the 2015 renovation, a concourse that was used as a jogging track circled the basketball court.

Frost Arena

Frost Arena is a 6,500-seat multi-purpose arena in Brookings, South Dakota. It was built on the east side of campus in 1973 and is home to the South Dakota State University Jackrabbits men's and women's basketball, volleyball, and wrestling teams, replacing the Gymnasium-Armory, built in 1918 and nicknamed "The Barn," which still resides on the westside of campus. Frost Arena was named after former SDSU basketball coach, Reuben B. "Jack" Frost.

McCarthy Gymnasium is a 3,000 seat multi-purpose arena located on the Mississippi State University campus. It opened in 1950 directly east of the "Tin Gym", MSU's previous on-campus arena that had opened in 1929. It was originally known as the Mississippi State Gymnasium, or the New Gym for short. When it opened, the facility held over 5,000 people. It was renamed for former MSU men's basketball coach James H. "Babe" McCarthy after his death in 1975. The facility had a seating capacity of 5,000 when it first opened in 1950, but capacity was reduced to the current 3,000 when retractable seating was removed. It was home to the Mississippi State University Bulldogs basketball teams until the Humphrey Coliseum opened in 1975 and has been home to the MSU Tennis teams since 1999.

2011–12 Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils basketball team

The 2011–12 Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils basketball team represented Mississippi Valley State University during the 2011–12 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Delta Devils, led by fourth year head coach Sean Woods, played their home games at Harrison HPER Complex and are members of the Southwestern Athletic Conference. The Delta Devils finished the season 21–13, 17–1 in SWAC play to be crowned SWAC regular season champions. They also won the SWAC Basketball Tournament to earn the conference's automatic bid into the 2012 NCAA Tournament. It was the Delta Devils fifth NCAA Tournament appearance and first since 2008. They lost in the First Four round to WKU.

2012–13 Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils basketball team

The 2012–13 Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils basketball team represented Mississippi Valley State University during the 2012–13 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Delta Devils, led by first year head coach Chico Potts, played their home games at the Harrison HPER Complex and were members of the Southwestern Athletic Conference. Due to low APR scores, the Delta Devils were ineligible to participate in the post season, including the SWAC Tournament. One year after winning the SWAC and participating in the NCAA Tournament, they finished the season 2012–13 5–23, 5–13 in SWAC play to finish in eighth place.

2013–14 Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils basketball team

The 2013–14 Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils basketball team represented Mississippi Valley State University during the 2013–14 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Delta Devils, led by second year head coach Chico Potts, were members of the Southwestern Athletic Conference. Other than one exhibition game, due to renovations at their normal home arena, the Harrison HPER Complex, they played their home games at the Leflore County Civic Center in Greenwood, Mississippi and one home game at The Pinnacle on the campus of Coahoma Community College. They finished the season 9–23, 5–13 in SWAC play to finish in ninth place. They were ineligible for postseason play due to APR penalties. However, the SWAC received a waiver to allow its teams under APR penalties to still participate in the SWAC Tournament where the Delta Devils lost in the first round to Prairie View A&M.

2014–15 Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils basketball team

The 2014–15 Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils basketball team represented Mississippi Valley State University during the 2014–15 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Delta Devils, led by first year head coach Andre Payne, were members of the Southwestern Athletic Conference. Due to continued renovations to their normal home stadium, the Harrison HPER Complex, they played their home games at the Leflore County Civic Center in Greenwood, Mississippi and one home game at The Pinnacle on the campus of Coahoma Community College. They finished the season 6–26, 5–13 in SWAC play to finish in eighth place. They lost in the quarterfinals of the SWAC Tournament to Alabama State.

2015–16 Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils basketball team

The 2015–16 Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils basketball team represented Mississippi Valley State University during the 2015–16 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Delta Devils, led by second year head coach Andre Payne, were members of the Southwestern Athletic Conference. Due to continued renovations to their normal home stadium, the Harrison HPER Complex, they played their home games at the Leflore County Civic Center in Greenwood, Mississippi. They finished the season 8–27, 6–12 in SWAC play to finish in a three way tie for seventh place. They defeated Grambling State and Alcorn State to advance to the semifinals of the SWAC Tournament where they lost to Jackson State.

The 2016–17 Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils basketball team represented Mississippi Valley State University in the 2016–17 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Delta Devils, led by third-year head coach Andre Payne, played their home games at the Harrison HPER Complex in Itta Bena, Mississippi as members of the Southwestern Athletic Conference. They finished the season 7–25, 7–11 in SWAC play to finish in seventh place. As the No. 7 seed in the SWAC Tournament, they lost to Alcorn State in the quarterfinals.

Due to the ineligibility of Grambling State, the Delta Devils received the No. 8 seed in the SWAC Tournament and lost to Arkansas–Pine Bluff in the quarterfinals.
