Helen Blake (born 1 May 1951) is a Jamaican sprinter. She competed in the women's 400 metres at the 1976 Summer Olympics. [1] Blake finished fourth in the 400 metres at the 1975 Pan American Games and sixth in the 400 metres at the 1979 Pan American Games.

He helped the Jamaican runners to a silver medal in the 4×400 metres relay at the 1988 Seoul Olympics.
