Henriciella marina is a Gram-negative, strictly aerobic and motile bacterium from the genus of Henriciella which has been isolated from the Sea of Japan from Korea. [1] [2]
Halomonadaceae is a family of halophilic Proteobacteria.
Alteromonas is a genus of Pseudomonadota found in sea water, either in the open ocean or in the coast. It is Gram-negative. Its cells are curved rods with a single polar flagellum.
Pseudoalteromonas marina is a marine bacterium isolated from tidal sediment near Chungnam.
Persephonella marina is a Gram-negative, rod shaped bacteria that is a member of the Aquificota phylum. Stemming from Greek, the name Persephonella is based upon the mythological goddess Persephone. Marina stems from a Latin origin, meaning "belonging to the sea". It is a thermophile with an obligate chemolithoautotrophic metabolism. Growth of P. marina can occur in pairs or individually, but is rarely seen aggregating in large groups. The organism resides on sulfidic chimneys in the deep ocean and has never been documented as a pathogen.
Persephonella guaymasensis is a thermophilic, hydrogen-oxidizing microaerophile first isolated from a deep-sea hydrothermal vent. It is strictly chemolithoautotrophic, microaerophilic, motile, 2-4 micrometres in size, rod-shaped, Gram-negative and non-sporulating. Its type strain is EX-H2T.
Methylophaga marina is an obligately methylotrophic, Gram-negative, strictly aerobic, motile, rod-shaped bacteria, the type species of its genus. Its type strain is ATCC 35842.
Micromonospora coxensis is an endophytic actinomycete first isolated from sandy soil in Bangladesh; it produces single, non-motile nodular spore surfaces. Its type strain is 2-30-b(28)T.
Roseivirga marina is a Gram-negative and rod-shaped bacterium from the genus of Roseivirga which has been isolated from seawater from the Sea of Japan.
Prauserella is a Gram-positive, aerobic and non-motile genus from the family of Pseudonocardiaceae.
Prauserella marina is a bacterium from the genus of Prauserella which has been isolated from ocean sediments from the South China Sea in China.
Thalassotalea is an aerobic and chemo-organo-heterotrophic genus of bacteria from the family Colwelliaceae which occur in the ocean and in sea ice.
Cellulomonas marina is a bacterium from the genus of Cellulomonas which has been isolated from deep-sea water from the Indian Ocean.
Wenxinia marina is a Gram-negative, aerobic and heterotrophic bacterium from the genus of Wenxinia which has been isolated from sediment from the Xijiang oilfield of the South China Sea in China.
Henriciella algicola is a Gram-negative, aerobic and heterotrophic bacterium from the genus of Henriciella which has been isolated from seawater.
Henriciella aquimarina is a bacterium from the genus of Henriciella which has been isolated from deep seawater from the Indian Ocean.
Henriciella litoralis is a Gram-negative, strictly aerobic and non-spore-formin bacterium from the genus of Henriciella which has been isolated from tidal flat from the Yellow Sea.
Henriciella pelagia is a Gram-negative, aerobic, short-rod-shaped and motile bacterium from the genus of Henriciella which has been isolated from seawater from the Eastern Pacific Ocean.
Joostella marina is a Gram-negative strictly aerobic, non-spore-forming and non-motile bacterium from the genus of Joostella which has been isolated from the Sea of Japan.
Grimontia marina is a Gram-negative, chemoheterotrophic and obligately aerobic bacterium species from the genus of Grimontia which has been isolated from Yellow Sea.
Paramesonia is a Gram-negative, aerobic, rod-shaped and non-motile genus of bacteria from the family of Flavobacteriaceae with one known species. Paramesonia marina has been isolated from deep-sea water from the Indian Ocean.
