<i>Arata: The Legend</i> Japanese manga series

Arata: The Legend is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yuu Watase. It started serialization in Shogakukan's shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Sunday in October 2008. Its chapters were collected in 24 tankōbon volumes, while a Remaster edition started in July 2013, with 17 volumes published as of May 2023. After a nearly six-year hiatus that began in August 2015, the series resumed publication, with republished chapters in May 2021 and all-new chapters started publishing in July of the same year; the series finished in Weekly Shōnen Sunday in April 2022 and was transferred to the Sunday Webry website in May of the same year. In May 2021, it was announced that the tankōbon edition would stop publishing and the series will only continue with the Remaster edition. The series finished in November 2023. In North America, the manga is licensed for English release by Viz Media. A 12-episode anime television series adaptation by Satelight and Korean studio JM Animation was broadcast on TV Tokyo from April to July 2013.

<i>DokiDoki! PreCure</i> Japanese anime television series

DokiDoki! PreCure, is a Japanese anime series produced by Toei Animation as the tenth installment in Izumi Todo's Pretty Cure metaseries, featuring the eighth generation of Cures. The series is produced by Hiroaki Shibata, who produced Digimon Data Squad and written by Ryōta Yamaguchi, who wrote the scripts for The Vision of Escaflowne. Character designs were handled by Akira Takahashi, who previously did designs for Suite PreCure. The series aired on the ANN network between February 3, 2013, and January 26, 2014, replacing Smile PreCure! in its timeslot, and was succeeded by HappinessCharge PreCure!. An animated film based on the series was released on October 26, 2013. This series' main topics are love, emotions, selflessness, and selfishness, with playing card suits as the Cure's main motifs.

<i>Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters</i> Japanese anime television series

Yu-Gi-Oh!, known in Japan as Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters and alternatively subtitled Rulers of the Duel in the United States and Canada, is a Japanese anime series animated by Studio Gallop based on the Yu-Gi-Oh! manga series written by Kazuki Takahashi. It is the second anime adaptation of the manga following the 1998 anime television series produced by Toei Animation. The series revolves around a young high school boy named Yugi Muto who battles opponents in the Duel Monsters card game. The series begins from chapter 60 in volume 7 before loosely adapting the remaining chapters of the original manga by making story changes that conflict with the events of the manga canon.

<i>Alice in Borderland</i> Japanese suspense manga series

Alice in Borderland is a Japanese suspense manga series written and illustrated by Haro Aso. It was first serialized in Shogakukan's shōnen manga magazine Shōnen Sunday S from November 2010 to March 2015, and later moved to Weekly Shōnen Sunday, where it ran from April 2015 to March 2016. Its chapters were collected in 18 tankōbon volumes. Alice in Borderland was adapted into a three-episode original video animation (OVA), released from October 2014 to February 2015.

An anime adaptation produced by Asatsu DK and animated by Shin-Ei Animation aired in Japan from October 6, 2014 to December 26, 2016. The series follows the adventures of a thief named Joker, who goes around the world stealing treasures with his apprentice Hachi, while avoiding traps set by the police.

<i>Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card</i> Manga series

Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card is a Japanese shōjo manga series written and illustrated by the manga group Clamp. It is a sequel to Clamp's manga Cardcaptor Sakura and focuses on Sakura Kinomoto in junior high school. The manga was serialized in Kodansha's Nakayoshi magazine between the July 2016 and January 2024 issues, with the chapters being collected in 16 tankōbon volumes. Infinite Dendrogram is a Japanese light novel series written by Sakon Kaidō and illustrated by Taiki. It began serialization online in 2015 on the user-generated novel publishing website Shōsetsuka ni Narō. It was acquired by Hobby Japan, who published the first light novel volume in November 2016 under their HJ Bunko imprint. Twenty-one volumes have been released as of September 2023. A manga adaptation with art by Kami Imai has been serialized via Hobby Japan's Comic Fire website since December 2016. It has been collected in twelve tankōbon volumes. Both the light novel and manga have been licensed in North America by J-Novel Club. An anime television series adaptation by NAZ aired from January to April 2020.

Chained Soldier, known in Japan as Mato Seihei no Slave, is a Japanese manga series written by Takahiro and illustrated by Yohei Takemura. It has been serialized on Shueisha's Shōnen Jump+ online platform since January 2019. The series follows a young man named Yuuki Wakura, who he watches as destructive monsters from the Mato dimension threaten the Earth, while women gifted with special superpowers consumed from Peaches try to stop them as Yuuki begins to join forces with Chief Kyouka Uzen as his servant both on the battlefield and at home.

Senpai Is an Otokonoko, also known as This Is Him or Senpai Is an Otokonoko: My Crossdressing Classmate, is a Japanese romance manga series written and illustrated by Pom. It was serialized digitally through Line Manga from 2019 to 2021 as a weekly series, and is collected in tankōbon print volumes by Ichijinsha since 2021. The story follows a love triangle involving Makoto Hanaoka, a cross-dresser; Saki Aoi, a bisexual younger student; and Ryuji Taiga, a childhood friend of Makoto's. Senpai Is an Otokonoko received an official English translation by Webtoon beginning on March 9, 2023. An anime television series adaptation produced by Project No.9 is set to premiere in July 2024 on Fuji TV's Noitamina programming block.
