High Energy is the seventh album by Filipino singer-actress Manilyn Reynes. The album was released and distributed by OctoArts International Inc. in January 1991. Her seventh album composed of Filipino composition of Norman Caraan, Ogie Alcasid, Ben Escasa, Lisa Diy, Boyet Palisoc and Dandin Ranillo. It was released on in stereo on cassette and vinyl. [1]

Reynes released her first single, the cover version of Dance-pop song, Mr. Disco written by Norman Caraan in 1990. [3] The next year, she released her second single, Kung Sino Pa ang Minamahal written by Ben Escasa and Boyet Palisoc. [1]
