Honey Moon Drips is the fifth studio album by The Chain Gang of 1974. The album was released on May 29, 2020 through Fever Ltd.
Following the release of Felt, Kamtin Mohager spent 2018 working on his side project, Teenage Wrist, where they released their debut studio album, Chrome Neon Jesus . Following a year of touring and support of the album, Mohager released the single "Burn Out" in February 2019. This was lead with singles throughout 2019, including collaborations with Flux Pavilion. In September 2019, Mohager announced that he was working on a new album that would be released sometime in 2020. The album's name and announcement came on April 15, 2020 with the release of the single "4AM, Still Lonely". [5] Additionally, the 2019 singles “Such A Shame” and “YDLMA” were included in the album. [5]

Robin Miriam Carlsson, known as Robyn, is a Swedish singer, songwriter, record producer and DJ. She arrived on the music scene with her 1995 debut album, Robyn Is Here, which produced two US Billboard Hot 100 top-10 singles: "Do You Know " and "Show Me Love". Jeff Abel, better known by his stage name Excision, is a Canadian producer and DJ. He is the founder of Rottun Recordings. Active since 2006, his first release "Warning" was in 2007. He released an annual "Shambhala" mix album in the third quarter of each year up until 2016, where he started his own music festival the following year and releases annual mixes. A producer of dubstep, drum and bass, trap and breakbeat, Excision is known for his dark, bass-heavy sounds created using bass and drums, the aggressiveness of metal, and hip-hop vibes. He is also known for his tours with immense sound systems and huge visual productions.
Fragma are a German trance music group, originally comprising three producers. The group was successful in the early 2000s when they released several singles that charted successfully across Europe, especially the United Kingdom and Ireland, but also found some success in the United States and Australia. They continued to produce music until 2012 following the departure of vocalist Damae. After several years of hiatus, Fragma recruited a new vocalist in 2017, Tess, to front the group. She now does gigs in clubs around the world performing re-recorded remixes of Fragma's biggest hits.

The album is a follow-up to the project's 2013 single "Miko", which features as the fifth track on the album, and successful promotional single "Sleepwalking", which also features on the album, as the third track.

Felt is a studio album by American musician Kamtin Mohager, released under his indietronica moniker, The Chain Gang of 1974. The fourth studio album by The Chain Gang of 1974, it was the second album released under a major label on June 23, 2017, through Virgin Records subsidiary Caroline Records. The album, described by Mohager as the most "honest" album he's created, represents a change of the Chain Gang's sound to a more pop-centric approach, detailing the personal experiences of Mohager and "the feelings of [his] past". The album's sound is the result of Mohager being exposed to new sounds during his time writing songs outside of the Chain Gang, in the years following the successful Daydream Forever. The album was produced by Thom Powers of The Naked and Famous, and also features a guest appearance by the band's lead singer, Alisa Xayalith. Powers befriended Mohager after years of touring together, and became involved in the production of Felt early on. The album's released was preceded by various live performances by the Chain Gang in the months leading up, along with the release of three tracks from the album on singles and extended plays in 2016 and 2017. Upon release, the album was met with positive reviews.
Pale Waves are an English indie pop band from Manchester, formed in 2014. It was founded originally as Creek when lead singer and guitarist Heather Baron-Gracie met drummer Ciara Doran while attending university in Manchester. The band was joined by guitarist Hugo Silvani and bassist Charlie Wood, completing the lineup.
