Lamoka Lake, previously known as Mud Lake, is a small crescent-shaped lake in the western part of New York state. The lake is located at the border of Schuyler County and Steuben County. Most of the lake is in Schuyler County with only a small part, called "Mill Pond," at the southwest corner in Steuben County.

Chub Pond is a lake located by North Wilmurt, New York. Fish species present in the lake are rock bass, white sucker, yellow perch, pumpkinseed sunfish, and brown bullhead. There is access via trail off Bear Creek Road.
Chub Lake is a lake located west of Raquette Lake, New York. Fish species present in the lake are black bullhead, and brook trout. There is trail access on the south and west shore from the north shore of Constable Pond. No motors are allowed on Chub Lake.
Upper Sargent Pond is located west of Blue Mountain Lake, New York. Fish species present in the lake are brook trout, white sucker, smallmouth bass, black bullhead, yellow perch, and sunfish. There is access by trail off North Point Road, 6 miles west of Deerland, New York.
Lower Browns Tract Pond is located northeast of Inlet, New York. Fish species present in the lake are largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, brook trout, black bullhead, yellow perch, and sunfish. There is a state owned carry down in the campground off Browns Tract Road, 7 miles east of Eagle Bay. No motors are allowed on this lake.
Upper Browns Tract Pond is located northeast of Inlet, New York. The inlet flows through a creek from Lower Browns Tract Pond. Fish species present in the lake are largemouth bass, black bullhead, yellow perch, and sunfish. There is a carry down in the campground off Browns Tract Pond Road. No motors are allowed on this lake.
Big Bad Luck Pond is located east of Indian Lake, New York. Fish species present in the lake are largemouth bass, northern pike, white sucker, rock bass, black bullhead, yellow perch, and pumpkinseed sunfish. There is a carry down on trail off Route 28 on the northeast corner.
Cedar Lake is located northwest of Sled Harbor, New York. Fish species present in the lake are brook trout, black bullhead, and white sucker. There is trail access on the north and west shores from Sled Harbor. There is also trail access to Whitney Lake. No motors are allowed on this lake.
Fall Lake is located north of Piseco, New York. Fish species present in the lake are rock bass, white sucker, black bullhead, smallmouth bass, yellow perch, and pickerel. There is carry down access on Fall Stream off Old Piseco Road on land owned by the Irondequoit Club.
Lizard Pond is located in the Adirondack Mountains southwest of Garnet Lake, New York. Fish species present in the lake are brook trout, and black bullhead. There is carry down trail access off Garnet Lake on the southeast shore.
Black Pond is a lake that is located by Corinth, New York. Fish species present in the lake are smallmouth bass, yellow perch, pumpkinseed sunfish, and brown bullhead. There is a trail from the road along the northeast shore.
North Sandy Pond is a lake located by Sandy Creek, New York. Fish species present in the lake are yellow perch, bluegill, northern pike, steelhead, smallmouth bass, silver bass, rock bass, largemouth bass, walleye, and black bullhead. There are fee launches at Skinner Creek and Lindsey Creek off County Route 3 on the east shore.

Leland Ponds consist of Upper Leland Pond and Lower Leland Pond which are connected by a short channel. The Ponds are located by Pine Woods, New York. Fish species present in the ponds include pumpkinseed sunfish, walleye, smallmouth bass, yellow perch, bluegill, pickerel, rock bass, rainbow trout, and largemouth bass.
Basswood Pond is a small lake in Otsego County, New York. It is located north of Burlington within Basswood Pond State Forest. Basswood Pond drains south via an unnamed creek which flows into Butternut Creek.
