iHeartRadio Countdown is a globally-syndicated, independent song countdown radio program. The countdown is based on the popular iHeartRadio, an Internet radio platform owned by iHeartMedia, Inc. (formerly Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc.) The show premiered on January 14, 2014 on selected iHeartMedia-owned stations, and is syndicated by Premiere Networks and ARN in Australia. Internationally, the show airs on Shanghai's KFM 98.1 and the Cayman Islands' X107.1.

As of 2018, the iHeartRadio Countdown is currently aired in two editions: the CHR edition (hosted by KIIS-FM’s JoJo Wright since 2018; previously it was hosted by Romeo since its launch) and the Hot AC edition (hosted by Mario Lopez).

Top Songs of the Year

On December 26, 2013, iHeartRadio launched a similar "Top Songs of the Year" which was broadcast on Clear Channel-owned CHR stations (such as Z100 New York, KIIS-FM Los Angeles, etc.) in comply to those stations' year end charts from the previous years, usually before New Year's Day. [1] From 2014-2017, the top 100 songs were counted down, but after JoJo Wright took over as host in 2018 it was reduced to 50 songs. There was no countdown for 2022. No. 1 songs each year (beginning with the launch year, 2013) are:

International versions

In Australia, selected KIIS stations air the local version of the same name. But unlike the U.S. version of the chart, the top 20 songs from both international and Australian acts are aired. It is hosted by KIIS 106.5 Sydney host Kian.

In New Zealand, ZM also airs the local version of the show (entitled ZM's iHeartRadio Official Countdown), bringing the top 40 songs on the chart. The show broadcasts every Saturday from 2pm to 5pm on all ZM stations nationwide, and is hosted by Cam.

in Canada, iHeartRadio Launched a similar program called "iHeartRadio Top 20", Airs Weekends on Canadian Orbyt Media Affiliated stations in two languages. English is Hosted by Andrea Collins from Toronto and French is hosted by Patrick Langlois From Montreal. [4]

JoJo Wright is an American radio personality, Internet show host, celebrity commentator, and film actor. He hosts the Top 40 radio show, “JoJo On The Radio,” which airs on the number one station in Los Angeles, KIIS-FM, and is nationally syndicated in more than 60 markets. In addition, JoJo co-hosts the MSN Internet show, “Go See This Movie,” and has been a celebrity commentator on numerous shows including: CNN's “Showbiz Tonight”, MTV's “US Weekly’s Top 10 Moments of ‘The Hills’ special,” “KTLA Morning News”, “E! News,” and TV Guide specials. Also, he is featured in two upcoming films, Battlefield America and The Helpers. He also made a guest appearance as himself on Big Time Rush.

The KIIS-FM Jingle Ball is an annual concert produced by the Los Angeles radio station KIIS-FM that takes place in early-to-mid December. Since 2000, the concert series has been staged at various venues around southern California, including the Shrine Auditorium and Staples Center in Los Angeles, and the Honda Center in Anaheim.

<i>On Air with Ryan Seacrest</i> American syndicated radio program

On Air with Ryan Seacrest is a weekday syndicated radio program hosted by Ryan Seacrest. It was launched in 2004 as a drive time show at the same time on Los Angeles Top 40 station 102.7 KIIS-FM as the television show with the same name, although Seacrest had hosted a similar show in afternoon drive time on sister station 98.7 KYSR from 1995 until 2003. The TV series ran for several months in 2004, but nationwide syndication of the radio program did not start until 2008. While Seacrest hosted his Los Angeles show in the morning, the syndicated show's affiliates aired it in middays or afternoons. The syndicated show took segments from Seacrest's live Los Angeles wake up show and packaged them with music, so listeners in other cities could hear them later in the day or the following day. The live radio show originated its broadcast from the KIIS-FM studios in Burbank, California. KIIS-FM is owned by iHeartMedia, Inc.

The Sky VIP Official Big Top 40 from Global is a radio chart show broadcast every Sunday from 4 to 7pm on Global's Capital and Heart networks, presented by Will Manning. It started on June 14th 2009. "When Love Takes Over" by David Guetta and Kelly Rowland became the show's first number 1. There are 353 number one songs as of 8th October 2023 with the current being "Strangers" by Kenya Grace.

Sixx Sense was a nationally syndicated rock radio show broadcast from Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles and heard on over 115 radio stations. It was also available on iHeartRadio in The United States and Canada. The iHeartRadio channel intersperses active rock and alternative rock with talk from hosts Nikki Sixx and Jenn Marino. Sixx Sense was one of eleven channels produced by Clear Channel for broadcast on XM Satellite Radio. American Dance Traxx was an American dance music countdown program that was syndicated by Westwood One and produced at KPWR/Los Angeles, California from March 1987 to December 1993. The three-hour program was distributed to more than 200 Top 40/CHR and Rhythmic stations internationally, including The Armed Forces Network.

Evolution is a radio station platform on iHeartRadio and on Clear Channel's HD2 & HD3 radio and FM translators across the United States that plays commercial free dance/EDM music 24/7, operated by iHeartMedia, Inc. The primary station for the platform is WFLZ-HD3 Tampa.
