Medals would have been awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, women's singles, pairs, and ice dance on the senior and junior levels.

It was the junior-level complement to the 2022–23 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating. Medals were awarded in men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dance. Skaters earned points based on their placement at each event and the top six in each discipline qualified to compete at the 2022–23 Junior Grand Prix Final in Turin, Italy.
