Inger Marianne Thorngren (born 7 July 1943) is a Swedish former freestyle swimmer. [1] She competed in two events at the 1960 Summer Olympics. [2]

Astrid Sandvik is a Norwegian Alpine skier who finished tied for sixth place in the women's slalom at the 1956 Winter Olympics in Cortina d'Ampezzo. In 1963, Sandvik was awarded the Holmenkollen medal. Sandvik is one of only eleven non-Nordic skiers to win the Holmenkollen medal.
Håkon Brusveen was a Norwegian cross-country skier. He competed in the individual 15 km and 4 × 10 km relay events at the 1956 and 1960 Olympics and won two medals in 1960: a gold in the 15 km and a silver in the relay; in 1956 he placed fifth and fourth, respectively. In 1958 he was awarded the Holmenkollen medal, and in 1960 the Morgenbladet Gold Medal. A freelance sports broadcaster for NRK for 35 years, he was a pioneering color commentator of cross-country skiing events.
Denmark sent a delegation to compete at the 1968 Winter Olympics in Grenoble, France from 6–18 February 1968. This was Denmark's fifth time participating at a Winter Olympic Games. The delegation consisted of three cross-country skiers; Apollo Lynge, Kirsten Carlsen, and Svend Carlsen. The men both competed in the 15 and 30 km races; Kirsten Carlsen competed in the 5 km and 10 km races. She had the best performance of any of them with her 32nd-place finish in the 10 km event.

Inger Jørgensen is a retired Norwegian alpine skier. She was born in Asker. Jørgensen represented Asker SK, and is the sister of Dagny Jørgensen. She participated at the 1956 Winter Olympics in Cortina d'Ampezzo, where she competed in downhill, slalom and giant slalom. She became Norwegian champion in slalom in 1953 and 1954, and in giant slalom in 1956.
