Olympiacós Sýndesmos Filáthlon Peiraiós is a major multi-sport club based in Piraeus, Greece. Olympiacos is parent to a number of different competitive departments which participate in football, basketball, volleyball, water polo, handball, athletics, swimming, table tennis and boxing amongst many others—and have won numerous European and domestic titles over the club's history.
Dimitris Saravakos, nicknamed "the Kid", is a Greek former professional footballer who played as a forward. Saravakos is widely considered to be one of the greatest Greek footballers of all time and a Panathinaikos' legend. The IFFHS chose him in the best XI of all time of Greek football in 2021.

Theodoros "Thodoris" Kalakonas is a Greek water polo player who competed in the 1996 Summer Olympics, and in the 2004 Summer Olympics with the Greece men's national water polo team. He was part of the national squad that won the silver medal at the 1997 World Cup in Athens and the Bronze Medal in the 2004 World League in Long Beach.

Gerasimos "Makis" Voltirakis is a Greek retired water polo player and current water polo coach. Voltirakis was a member of Greece men's national water polo team from 1991 to 1997, with whom he competed in the 1992 Summer Olympics and in the 1996 Summer Olympics. He was part of the Greece men's national water polo team that won the silver medal at the 1997 World Cup in Athens, being voted the tournament's best goalkeeper.
Evangelos Ioannis Delakas is a retired Greek water polo player and the current assistant coach of Greek powerhouse Olympiacos. As a player, Delakas won a bronze medal at the 2015 World Championships and competed at the 2012 and 2016 Olympics. He played for Olympiacos for 14 years (2004–2018) and won 12 Greek Championships, 11 Greek Cups and the 2017–18 LEN Champions League with the club.
Ioannis Fountoulis is a Greek water polo player. He is currently the captain of Greece men's national water polo team, with whom he won a bronze medal at the 2015 World Championships, a bronze medal at the 2016 World League, 2020 World League and competed at the 2012 and 2016 Olympics. He played for the Greek powerhouse Olympiacos since 2009, and in 2018 he won the 2017–18 LEN Champions League with the Greek giants, scoring 4 goals in the final game against Pro Recco in Genoa. Is a very big scorer and leader is considered one of the top players in the world and it is typical how in 2016 and 2018 he was voted as the second top player in the world. Currently playing for the Greek club Olympiacos.

Stylianos "Stelios" Argyropoulos-Kanakakis is a Greek water polo player, who is a member of Greece men's national water polo team. He is part of Greece national team that competes at the 2017 World Aquatics Championships in Budapest. He started his career in Ethnikos, a club with great tradition in water polo. He was named best rookie of the Greek championship in 2015 and 2016. He then played for Greek powerhouse Olympiacos, with whom he won the 2017–18 LEN Champions League, 2 Greek Championships and 1 Greek Cup. He is currently a player of VK Jug.
Arsenis Maroulis is a retired Greek water polo player and water polo coach, currently coaching G.S. Peristeriou. Maroulis played for Greek powerhouse Olympiacos with whom he won the 2001–02 LEN Champions League in Budapest, being also runner-up of the 2000–01 LEN Champions League in Dubrovnik.

He is part of Greece national team that competes at the 2018 European Water Polo Championship in Barcelona. He plays for Italian team Brescia, Nikolaidis won the 2017–18 LEN Champions League with Olympiacos in Genoa
