Koto is an Italo disco group that originally consisted of Anfrando Maiola and Stefano Cundari, later with the Dutch composer Michiel van der Kuy.
"It's No Good" a song by English electronic music band Depeche Mode, released on 31 March 1997 as the second single from their ninth studio album, Ultra (1997). It was commercially successful, reaching number one in Denmark, Spain, Sweden and on the US Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart. It entered the top 10 in Finland, Germany, Iceland, Italy, and the United Kingdom, where it peaked at number five.
"You're Not Alone" is a song written by Tim Kellett and Robin Taylor-Firth and performed by British trip hop group Olive on their debut album, Extra Virgin (1996). First released as a single in August 1996, it found greater success in 1997 in a remixed version, reaching number one on the UK Singles Chart that May. The song has been covered by a number of artists, most notably by German trance DJ and producer ATB in 2002, Danish singer-songwriter Mads Langer in 2009, in 2017 by Scotty Boy and Lizzie Curious, and reworked by SaberZ and Zanny Duko in 2020 under the name, "Open Your Mind".
"Feel It" is a song by Italian musical group the Tamperer featuring Maya, released as the first single from their only album, Fabulous (1999). Produced by Falox, a production team that then consisted of Tamperer members Mario Fargetta and Alex Farolfi, the song is based on the Jacksons' 1981 hit "Can You Feel It" and quotes Heather Leigh West's lyrics from Urban Discharge's 1996 song "Wanna Drop a House."
"Don't Say Goodbye" is a song by Mexican singer Paulina Rubio, taken from her sixth studio album and crossover album, Border Girl (2002). It was written by Joshua "Gen" Rubin and Cheryl Yie and produced by Rubin. "Don't Say Goodbye" is a dance-pop song and talks about rejecting the idea of not saying goodbye to a lover. The song was released through Universal Records on 29 April 2002 as the lead single from the album. In Latin America and France, a Spanish version of the song titled "Si Tú Te Vas" was released, written by Luis Gómez Escolar.
"Obsesión" is a song by Dominican-American bachata band Aventura with Judy Santos as the female vocalist. It was included on their second studio album, We Broke the Rules (2002), and an English-language version was made for the same album. The song achieved success in many countries, topping many international charts. In France, the song held the French Singles Chart's number-one slot for seven weeks, and as of August 2014, it was the 19th-best-selling single of the 21st century in France, with 565,000 units sold. A radio remix of the song was added to the 2004 special edition version of Love & Hate, which was exclusively released in Italy.
"Happy Song" is a 1983 hit single by Italian disco music act Baby's Gang. The single became a European hit single when covered by German band Boney M. the following year.
"The X-Files" is an instrumental written and produced by American film and television composer Mark Snow. On its parent album, The Truth and the Light: Music from the X-Files, the track is titled "Materia Primoris". It is a remixed version of the original theme Snow composed for the science fiction television series The X-Files in 1993. The composition was released as a single in 1996 and achieved chart success, particularly in France, where it reached number one on the SNEP Singles Chart. The composition has since been covered by many artists, including DJ Dado and Triple X; DJ Dado's version was a major hit in Europe while Triple X's version reached number two in Australia.
"Paris Latino" is the debut single by French band Bandolero, released in 1983. In 2002, the song was successfully covered by Star Academy 2. In 2017, the movie Call Me By Your Name used the song in its soundtrack. The song was remixed by Jellybean Benitez for radio and club play.
"Each Time You Break My Heart" is a song recorded by British singer Nick Kamen, for his eponymous debut studio album (1987). It was released by Sire Records on 2 November 1986 as his debut single in 7-inch and 12-inch maxi formats. Kamen had gained popularity by starring in a 1985 Levi's television commercial, later deciding to delve into the music business and signed a record deal with Sire. "Each Time You Break My Heart" was the lead single from his album, written and produced by Madonna and Stephen Bray. It was originally set to be included on Madonna's third studio album, True Blue (1986), but failed to make the final tracklist. Madonna also provided background vocals on the track.
"I Like Chopin" is a song by Italian singer-songwriter Gazebo from his debut studio album, Gazebo (1983). It is generally regarded as one of the most significant Italo disco tracks of the mid-1980s. It peaked at number one in several European national charts. The music was composed by Giombini. The lyrics were written by Gazebo.
"Vamos a la playa" is a song by the Italian Italo disco duo Righeira, released in 1983 as the second single from their debut studio album, Righeira (1983). It was written by Johnson Righeira, the duo's lead vocalist and producer Carmelo La Bionda. The song was the duo's only charting hit in the UK, peaking at number 53 on the UK Singles Chart. The single also went to number one in Italy as well as the Swiss Hitparade. On the Dutch Top 40, it got as high as number two, and on the Official German Charts it peaked at number three.
"Everytime You Need Me" is a song by German trance group Fragma featuring English singer Maria Rubia. It was released in January 2001 as the third single from their debut album, Toca (2001). The single peaked at number three on the UK Singles Chart and in Finland while also becoming a top-10 hit in Ireland and Norway.
"You're a Woman" is a song by Bad Boys Blue, released in April 1985 as the second single from their debut studio album, Hot Girls, Bad Boys (1985). It was a hit across Europe, reaching number 8 in West Germany, number 1 in Austria and number 2 in Switzerland.
"Around My Dream" is the debut single by Italian singer Silver Pozzoli, released in 1985, under the label Many Records. The song charted in the top 30 of several countries across Europe, with its highest chart position in Germany, at No. 9.
"No Tengo Dinero" is a song by the Italian Italo disco duo Righeira from their 1983 debut album Righeira. It was written by Michael Righeira, the duo's backing vocalist and producers Carmelo La Bionda and Michelangelo La Bionda. While not as successful as their earlier single, "Vamos a la playa", the song nonetheless achieved high popularity, hitting 12th place in Germany. Much like their previous single, the song is written in Spanish because it was considered an unusual combination with electronic pop music, and celebrating in spite of hardship.
"Tonight" is a song by Italian musician Ken Laszlo, released in 1985 as the second single from his debut studio album, Ken Laszlo (1987). The song reached the top 10 in Sweden, peaking at No. 7 in March 1986. "Tonight" also charted in the Netherlands, Belgium and France, peaking at No. 24, No. 26 and No. 29, respectively.
"Fotonovela" is a song by Spanish singer Ivan from his fourth studio album, Baila (1985). The song was co-written by Luis Gómez Escolar and Pedro Vidal, and produced by Vidal. Upon its first release as a single in Spain in 1984, the song peaked at No. 14. The song reached the top 10 in France, Switzerland and West Germany, peaking at No. 3, No. 4 and No. 9, respectively. It also reached No. 28 in Belgium, No. 42 in Italy and No. 47 in the Netherlands.
"Step by Step" is a song by Italian singer Silver Pozzoli from his debut studio album, Around My Dream (1987). It was released as a single in 1985 and was a top 20 hit in Belgium and the Netherlands.
"Ma quale idea" is a song by Italian singer Pino D'Angiò from his debut studio album, ...Balla! (1981).
