Jabrani (Persian : جبراني‎, also Romanized as Jabrānī; also known as Jabrā’ī-ye Bālā and Jabrānī-ye Bālā)^[1] is a village in Howmeh Rural District, in the Central District of Deyr County, Bushehr Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 183, in 46 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Howmeh Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Deyr County, Bushehr Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 12,939, in 2,694 families; excluding Bardestan, the population was 7,741, in 1,559 families. The rural district has 23 villages.

The Central District of Deyr County is a district (bakhsh) in Deyr County, Bushehr Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 39,119, in 8,095 families. The District has four cities: Bandar-e Deyr, Bardestan, Dowrahak and Abdan. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Abdan Rural District and Howmeh Rural District.
