Nagarahavu (transl. Cobra) is a 2002 Indian Kannada-language psychological thriller film starring Upendra and Jyothika, directed by S. Murali Mohan. A remake of the 1993 Hindi film Baazigar, it shocked its Karnataka audience with an unexpected violation of the standard Kannada film industry formula, with a morally ambiguous hero. An above-average success at the box office, this was Upendra's second film portraying a negative role after his earlier blockbuster Preethse, a remake of the 1993 Hindi film Darr. In both remakes, Upendra played Shah Rukh Khan's roles. It was Jyothika's debut in Kannada film industry. For his work in the film, Upendra won the Udaya Film Award for Best Male Actor along with Jyothika for her Best Female Actor Award.
Ajay is a 2006 Indian Kannada-language action film starring Puneeth Rajkumar, Anuradha Mehta and Prakash Raj. It was Anuradha's debut Kannada film. The film is a remake of the Telugu film Okkadu (2003) with some scenes reused from Ghilli (2004). The film was a success.
Gokula Krishna is a 2012 Kannada romantic comedy film directed by B. M. Jayakannan and produced jointly by P. Shekar Gowda and Narayan Swamy. It stars Prajwal Devraj and Ananya in the lead roles. Ananya makes her Kannada debut with this film. Bhavya, Jai Jagadish, Srinath, Doddanna and Sadhu Kokila among others play the supporting roles. S. A. Rajkumar is the score and soundtrack composer. The film made its theatrical release on 19 October 2012.
Gadibidi Aliya is a 1995 Indian Kannada-language comedy drama film, directed by Sai Prakash and produced by K. Raghava Rao. This film stars Shiva Rajkumar in a dual role, Malashri and Mohini whilst Jayamala and Srinath play other pivotal roles.

Laali Haadu(transl. Song of lullaby) is a 2003 Indian Kannada-language romantic musical film directed by H. Vasu and written by Ajay Kumar. The film stars Darshan and Abhirami. The film was produced by Sa Ra Govindu under his home production Thanu Pictures. Two music directors V. Manohar and Rajesh Ramanath were seen in supporting roles.
Sachin! Tendulkar Alla is a 2014 Indian Kannada film featuring Master Snehith, cricketers Javagal Srinath and Venkatesh Prasad, Suhasini Maniratnam and Sudharani. Directed by Mohan Shankar and produced by BN Gangadhar. This film is a non-commercial entertainer. Master Snehith plays the autistic boy who struggles to make it big in cricket. Suhasini Maniratnam plays his sister and Sudharani plays an important role. Rajesh Ramanath has composed the music. BN Gangadhar is the Producer of Sachin! Tendulkar Alla. The film was dubbed and released in Telugu as Sachin Tendulkar Kaadhu in 2015.
Rishi is a 2005 Indian Kannada-language romance film directed and written by Prakash. The film stars Shiva Rajkumar, Vijay Raghavendra, Radhika and Sindhu Tolani in the lead roles along with Srinath and Avinash in other prominent roles.The score and soundtrack was by Gurukiran whose compositions were appreciated by critics and masses. The film ran for a hundred days and eventually went on to become one of the hits of the year 2005. The film was remade in Telugu as Bangaru Babu (2009) with Jagapathi Babu.
Thavarina Thottilu is a 1996 Indian Kannada-language drama film directed by S. Narayan and written by Ajay Kumar. The film cast includes Ramkumar, Charan Raj and Shruti. The film was produced by Narayan's home production while the original score and soundtrack were composed by Rajesh Ramanath. The film was remade in Tamil as Annan Thangachi directed by actor Charanraj who reprised his role along with Shruti.

Jagath Kiladi is a 1998 Indian Kannada language action comedy film starring Jaggesh, Charulatha and Pavithra Lokesh in the lead roles. The film produced by Sudha Srinivasan for S&S Cinemas was directed by Chikkanna. The film was based on the Bollywood film, Gopi Kishan which itself is a remake of the Tamil film Avasara Police 100. The then popular comedian Sarigama Viji who also played a supporting character penned the dialogues. The film has a musical score by Rajan–Nagendra.
Mari Kannu Hori Myage also spelled as Maari Kannu Hori Myaage is a 1998 Indian Kannada-language comedy film starring Jaggesh, Archana, Utthara and Dheerendra Gopal. The film written and directed by Kumar was named after a famous track from the Kannada film A released in the same year. The movie humorously deals with the troubles of a man from a middle-class family who becomes the victim of a slight misunderstanding. The film edited by T. Shashikumar has soundtrack scored by Rajesh Ramanath and cinematography handled by Sundarnath Suvarna. The film upon release met with positive reception.
Ranganna is a 1997, Indian Kannada-language romantic action film written and directed by H. Vasu. The film stars Jaggesh as an auto driver, Ranga, who tries to mend the broken relationship of his uncle with the help of Roopa by reuniting him with his stubborn wife who happens to be Roopa's mother.
