Jamie Tomaino (born July 3, 1956) is an American professional stock car racing driver who has previously competed in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, NASCAR Busch Series, and NASCAR Busch North Series. He has also competed in the now defunct NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour, the SMART Modified Tour and the World Series of Asphalt Stock Car Racing. [1]

Nicknamed The Jet, Tomaino is a long-time competitor in the Modified Tour, having competed in the series since its first season 1985, where he won the championship in 1990, as well as winning three races and five pole positions.

The NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour (NWMT) is a modified stock car racing series owned and operated by NASCAR in the Modified Division. The Modified Division is NASCAR's oldest division, and is the only open-wheeled division that NASCAR sanctions. NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour events are mainly held in the northeastern United States, but the 2007 and 2008 tours expanded to the Midwest with the addition of a race in Mansfield, Ohio. The tour races primarily on short oval paved tracks, but the NWMT also has made appearances at larger ovals and road courses.

Theodore Christopher was an American professional racing driver and business owner who raced and won in many different types of race cars, including Modifieds, SK Modifieds, ISMA, Camping World East Series, Late Models, Pro Stocks, and Midgets. He also raced in NASCAR's now named Monster Energy Cup Series, Xfinity Series, and Camping World Truck Series. He is best known for competing in NASCAR's Whelen Modified Tour, where he has over 40 victories and a championship in 2008. Burt Myers is a race car driver on the SMART Modified Tour. In 1999, at the age of 23, he became the youngest Bowman Gray Stadium track champion in history and would go on to win 9 more titles in 2001, 2007, 2010, 2011, 2013, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. He has won more pole awards than any other driver in the Whelen Southern Modified Tour's history. Myers has 19 career wins and won the 2010 and 2016 NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour Championship.
