It began with the UNOH Battle at the Beach at Daytona International Speedway on February 19, which did not count towards the championship. The first race for the championship was the Icebreaker 150 presented by Town Fair Tire at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park on April 14. It ended with the Sunoco World Series 150 at Thompson again on October 19. Doug Coby entered the season as the defending Drivers' Champion. Ryan Preece won the 2013 championship after 14 races, 32 points ahead of Coby.

Michael Paul Stefanik was an American professional stock car racing driver. He competed mainly in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, but also made appearances in the Busch Grand National series and the Craftsman Truck Series. A seven-time champion in the Modified series, Stefanik was named the second greatest NASCAR Modified driver of all-time in 2003. His nine total championships tie him with Richie Evans for the most in NASCAR history. Stefanik is a member of the 2021 NASCAR Hall of Fame class.
The NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour (NWMT) is a modified stock car racing series owned and operated by NASCAR in the Modified Division. The Modified Division is NASCAR's oldest division, and is the only open-wheeled division that NASCAR sanctions. NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour events are mainly held in the northeastern United States, but the 2007 and 2008 tours expanded to the Midwest with the addition of a race in Mansfield, Ohio. The tour races primarily on short oval paved tracks, but the NWMT also has made appearances at larger ovals and road courses.
Justin Bonsignore is an American racing driver who competes full-time in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, driving the No. 51 car for Kenneth Massa Motorsports. He also competes part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 19 Toyota Supra for Joe Gibbs Racing, and part-time in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 30 Ford Mustang for Rette Jones Racing.
The University of Northwestern Ohio Battle at the Beach was a nonpoints, all-star race that brought together the top drivers in NASCAR's lower-level series and club racing. A successor to the Toyota All-Star Showdown, held from 2003 to 2011 at Irwindale Speedway in California, the inaugural event was held at a newly built short track that was located on the backstretch of Daytona International Speedway on February 18–19, 2013.

Andrew T. Seuss is an American professional stock car racing driver and team owner. As a driver, he won two consecutive championships in 2014 and 2015 in the NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour, and also competed in the NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Truck Series, Whelen Modified Tour, ARCA Menards Series and what is now the ARCA Menards Series East. As an owner, he owns KLAS Motorsports, which fields the No. 73 car part-time in the ARCA Menards Series for Andy Jankowiak.
The 2017 NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour was the thirty-third season of the Whelen Modified Tour (WMT), a stock car racing tour sanctioned by NASCAR. It began with the Performance Plus 150 presented by Safety-Kleen at Myrtle Beach Speedway on March 18 and concluded with the Sunoco World Series 150 at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park on October 15. Doug Coby entered the season as the defending Drivers' Champion. 2017 marked the first season of the unification of the Whelen (Northern) Modified Tour and the Whelen Southern Modified Tour. Doug Coby won the championship, six points in front of Timmy Solomito.

It began with the Performance Plus 150 presented by Safety-Kleen at Myrtle Beach Speedway on 17 March and concluded with the Sunoco World Series 150 at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park on 14 October. Doug Coby entered the season as the defending Drivers' champion. 2018 marked the second season of the unification of the Whelen (Northern) Modified Tour and the Whelen Southern Modified Tour. Justin Bonsignore won the championship, 97 points ahead of Chase Dowling.

Justin Bonsignore entered the season as the defending drivers' champion. 2019 marked the third season of the unification of the Whelen (Northern) Modified Tour and the Whelen Southern Modified Tour. Doug Coby won the championship, his sixth, eight points ahead of Bonsignore.
Frank Douglas Coby III is an American professional racing driver who competes part-time in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour and the SMART Modified Tour, driving the No. 7 Chevrolet for Tommy Baldwin Racing, he has also competed part-time in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, driving the No. 24 Chevrolet Silverado for GMS Racing. He is a six-time champion of the Whelen Modified Tour, winning titles in 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019.
The 2021 NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour was the thirty-seventh season of the Whelen Modified Tour (NWMT), a stock car racing tour sanctioned by NASCAR. It began with the Virginia is for Racing Lovers 200 at Martinsville Speedway on April 8 and concluded at Stafford Motor Speedway on September 25. Defending series champion Justin Bonsignore won another championship and his third in total after previously winning the 2018 title.
Andy Jankowiak is an American racing driver who competes part-time in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 73 Toyota Camry for KLAS Motorsports. He has also previously competed in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour.
The 2013 NASCAR K&N Pro Series East was the 27th season of the K&N Pro Series East. It began with the DRIVE4COPD 125 at Bristol Motor Speedway on March 17, and ended with the Road Atlanta 115 at Road Atlanta on October 18. Kyle Larson entered the season as the defending Drivers' Champion.

George Brunnhoelzl III, who entered the season as the defending Drivers' Champion, would win his third championship in the series, fifty-three points ahead of series runner up Danny Bohn.

It ended with the Sunoco World Series of Speedway Racing at Thompson again on October 16. Bobby Santos III entered the season as the defending Drivers' Champion. Ron Silk won the 2011 championship after 16 races, 76 points ahead of Todd Szegedy.

It ended with the Caraway 150 at the same track on October 22. Burt Myers entered the season as the defending championship. George Brunnhoelzl III would win his second championship in the series, 181 points ahead of series runner up Andy Seuss.
