The 2025 NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour will be the 41st season of the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, a stock car racing tour sanctioned by NASCAR. It will begin with the New Smyrna Beach Visitors Bureau 200 at New Smyrna Speedway on February 8 and will end with the Virginia is for Racing Lovers 300 at Martinsville Speedway on October 23.

South Boston Speedway, or "SoBo", is a short track located just outside South Boston, Virginia. SoBo is located approximately 60 miles (97 km) east of another area familiar to most NASCAR fans, Martinsville. It is owned by Mattco, Inc., the Mattioli family trust that owns Pocono Raceway, with general manager Brandon Brown operating the track, replacing Cathy Rice who retired in 2021 after serving in that role for 21 years and Chase Brashears who was in the role for two years. NASCAR's three national series have raced at the track, though the Cup Series has not done so since 1971, while the Busch Series last raced there in 2000. After the Busch Series left the schedule, the Craftsman Truck Series competed at SoBo for a few years between 2001 and 2003. The SRX Series visited the track in 2022.
The NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour (NWMT) is a modified stock car racing series owned and operated by NASCAR in the Modified Division. The Modified Division is NASCAR's oldest division, and is the only open-wheeled division that NASCAR sanctions. NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour events are mainly held in the northeastern United States, but the 2007 and 2008 tours expanded to the Midwest with the addition of a race in Mansfield, Ohio. The tour races primarily on short oval paved tracks, but the NWMT also has made appearances at larger ovals and road courses.
Stock car racing events in the NASCAR Xfinity Series have been held at Martinsville Speedway, in Martinsville, Virginia during numerous seasons and times of year since the series’ inception in 1982. Races were first held from 1982 to 1994, and a one-off race occurred in July 2006. In October 2020, the series returned after a 14-year absence, adding a second date in 2021.
The Musket 250 is a NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. The Whelen Modified Series has been racing since September 2, 1990. This race was originally 125 laps, but in 1997 was reduced to 100 laps. This race was held during the ISM Connect 300 race weekend until 2017 when Las Vegas replaced Loudon in the NASCAR playoffs. As a result, starting in 2018, the September race at Loudon now features the Modifieds as the feature division, with a 250 lap, 264.5 mile event, the all-time record of distance of Whelen Modified Tour in the touring format. In 1969 and 1970, Martinsville Speedway ran the NASCAR Modified Division with 263-mile races. The ARCA Menards Series East will continue to be part of the schedule, but the NASCAR Pinty's Series from Canada replaces the Cup Series on that weekend.
Justin Bonsignore is an American racing driver who competes full-time in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, driving the No. 51 car for Kenneth Massa Motorsports. He also competes part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 19 Toyota Supra for Joe Gibbs Racing, and part-time in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 30 Ford Mustang for Rette Jones Racing.
Tyler Brad Majeski is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes full-time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, driving the No. 98 Ford F-150 for ThorSport Racing, as well as in late model racing. He has also competed in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, ARCA Menards Series, and ARCA Menards Series West in the past. He is the 2024 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series champion.
Andrew T. Seuss is an American professional stock car racing driver and team owner. As a driver, he won two consecutive championships in 2014 and 2015 in the NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour, and also competed in the NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Truck Series, Whelen Modified Tour, ARCA Menards Series and what is now the ARCA Menards Series East. As an owner, he owns KLAS Motorsports, which fields the No. 73 car part-time in the ARCA Menards Series for Andy Jankowiak.
Harrison Brian Burton is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes full-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 15 Ford Mustang for AM Racing. He is the son of former NASCAR driver Jeff Burton. In 2020, Burton became the first driver born in the 2000s or later to win a NASCAR Xfinity Series race, and in 2024 became the first to win a NASCAR Cup Series race.
Landon D. Huffman is an American stock car racing driver and team owner. He currently competes full-time in the CARS Late Model Stock Car Tour, in the No. 37 Chevrolet Camaro for Jimmy Mooring Racing in a partnership with his own team Huffman Racing as well as part-time in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, in the No. 98 for Shamrock Motorsports. Huffman has previously raced in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. He is the son of Robert Huffman.
McAnally–Hilgemann Racing (MHR) is an American professional stock car racing team that competes full-time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. The team is based in Roseville, California, and is owned by Bill McAnally. In the NASCAR Truck Series, the team fields three trucks full-time: No. 18 Chevrolet Silverado for Tyler Ankrum, No. 19 Chevrolet Silverado for Daniel Hemric, and the No. 81 Chevrolet Silverado for Connor Mosack.
Taylor James Gray is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes full-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 54 Toyota GR Supra for Joe Gibbs Racing.
The eNASCAR iRacing Pro Invitational Series was a series of iRacing sim racing events originally organized for NASCAR drivers to compete in after its 2020 seasons were put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Drivers from all of NASCAR's series competed in races, including Hall of Fame drivers Dale Earnhardt Jr., Bobby Labonte, and Jeff Gordon. Originally supposed to be a one-time event (the first race of the 2020 season at Homestead-Miami, it quickly became a weekly series, and later included the Saturday Night Thunder series of races for drivers in the lower series of NASCAR. In each race, the series races on virtual versions of the racetracks.

It began with the Wade Cole Memorial 133 at Jennerstown Speedway on June 21 and concluded at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park on October 11. Justin Bonsignore won the championship, his second.

Defending series champion Justin Bonsignore won another championship and his third in total after previously winning the 2018 title.
The 2022 ARCA Menards Series East was the 36th season of the ARCA Menards Series East, a regional stock car racing series sanctioned by NASCAR in the United States. The season began on February 15 with the Race to Stop Suicide 200 at New Smyrna Speedway and ended on September 15 with the Sioux Chief Showdown 200 at Bristol Motor Speedway.

The 2024 SMART Modified Tour was the 20th season of the SMART Modified Tour. It began with the Peanut Patch 99 at Florence Motor Speedway on March 2. It ended with the Season-Finale 99 at North Wilkesboro Speedway on October 20.
