Jean-Charles Valladont (born 20 March 1989) is a French archer. He competed at the 2008, 2016 and 2024 Summer Olympics, the latter two in which he won silver medals. [2] [3] He won another silver medal at the 2015 World Cup. [4]
At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, Valladont finished his ranking round with a total of 656 points, which gave him the 35th seed for the final competition bracket in which he faced Michael Naray in the first round. Naray, who was the 30th seed won the match by 108–106. He was eliminated in the following round by Viktor Ruban who would eventually win the gold medal. [5]
Valladont won the silver medal in the men's recurve event at the 2022 European Indoor Archery Championships held in Laško, Slovenia. [6] He also won the gold medal in the men's team recurve event. [6]
Valladont won the bronze medal in the men's individual recurve event at the 2024 European Archery Championships held in Essen, Germany. [7] He also won the gold medal in the men's team recurve event. [7]
Mauro Nespoli is an Italian archer. He won individual silver at the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics and was a member of the Italian teams that won gold at the 2012 Summer Olympics and silver at the 2008 Summer Olympics.

He holds the record for the longest continuous period as the world number-one-ranked men's recurve archer, from August 2011 to April 2013. He earned his nickname "The Prospector" during the 2015 world championships due to his proclivity for 'finding gold'.
Anton Karoukin is a Belarusian archer who participated at the 2010 Summer Youth Olympics in Singapore. He was eliminated in the first round of the individual event by eventual champion Ibrahim Sabry on a tiebreak. He paired up with Gloria Filippi of Italy and won gold in the mixed team event, defeating Zoi Paraskevopoulou of Greece and Gregor Rajh of Slovenia in the gold medal match.

Ku Bon-chan is a South Korean recurve archer. He won an individual and a team gold medal at the 2016 Olympics and two team gold medals at the 2015 World Championships.
Mete Gazoz is a Turkish recurve archer. He won the gold medal in the men's individual event at the 2020 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan. He also represented Turkey at the 2016 Summer Olympics held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In the 2023 World Archery Championships held in Berlin, Mete Gazoz emerged victorious, claiming the prestigious Individual title. In an intense final, he triumphed over the skilled Canadian archer Eric Peters, securing his place as the first Turkish archer to achieve the esteemed recurve gold medal in a World Championship.

In June 2021 she was the world's number one ranked competitor. Barbelin competed in the women’s individual event at the 2020 and 2024 Olympic Games, winning the bronze medal in the latter.
Michelle Kroppen is a German archer. She competed in the women's individual event, and women's team, at the 2020 Summer Olympics, winning a bronze medal.
Alex Wise is a British archer competing in recurve events. He was selected to compete at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
