Jigardan (Persian : جيگردان‎, also Romanized as Jīgardān; also known as Jegardān)^[1] is a village in Zakharuiyeh Rural District, Efzar District, Qir and Karzin County, Fars Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 102, in 21 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Zakharuiyeh Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Efzar District, Qir and Karzin County, Fars Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 3,104, in 655 families. The rural district has 16 villages.

Efzar District is a district (bakhsh) in Qir and Karzin County, Fars Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 14,040, in 2,966 families. The District has one city: Efzar. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Efzar Rural District and Zakharuiyeh Rural District.
