James John McDonald (born 29 May 1967) is an Australian politician. He has been the Liberal National Party member for Lockyer in the Queensland Legislative Assembly since 2017. [1]

Rising on the eastern slopes of the Great Dividing Range,the creek flows generally north-easterly for more than 100 kilometres (62 mi) before it reaches its confluence with the Brisbane River north-northeast of Lowood,and downstream from the Wivenhoe Dam. The creek is named after Edmund Lockyer.
