Jorge Lima (born 13 July 1967) is an Angolan swimmer. He competed in four events at the 1980 Summer Olympics. [2]

At the 1980 Summer Olympics, Lima was the youngest competitor of the games at the age of 13. [1] He competed in the men's 100 m freestyle, 200 m freestyle, 100 m backstroke and the 4 x 100 m medley relay. He finished 8th in his 100 m freestyle heat with a time of 59.39 seconds, 8th in his 200 m freestyle with a time of 2:14.37 seconds and 6th in his 100 m backstroke heat with a time of 1:14.33 seconds. In his 4 x 100 m medley relay heat, he swam with Fernando Lopes, Francisco Santos and Marcos Daniel, Lima swam Angola's last 100 metres. Angola eventually ended up finishing 11th out of 13 nations that competed with a time of 4:35.11 seconds, they finished ahead of Vietnam's team consisting of Pham, Nguyen, Truong and To and Sweden's team of Söderlund, Berggren, Magnusson and Holmertz both teams of which were disqualified.

William Benson is a New Zealand swimmer, who specialised in freestyle and fly events. He represented New Zealand at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, and competed as part of the men's national swimming team for the men's 4 × 100 m freestyle relay. Benson joined the team, along with compatriots Cameron Gibson, Mark Herring, and Orinoco Faamausili-Banse, and swam in the third leg of the competition, with an individual split time of 48.65 seconds. He and his swimming team placed sixth in the first heat, and eleventh overall, for a total time of 3:15.41.

Pavel Sidorov is a Kazakh former swimmer, who specialized in sprint freestyle and backstroke events. Sidorov competed for Kazakhstan in two swimming events at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. He eclipsed a FINA B-cut of 58.69 from the Kazakhstan Open Championships in Almaty. On the first day of the Games, Sidorov placed twenty-first for the Kazakhstan team in the 4×100 m freestyle relay. Teaming with Sergey Borisenko, Andrey Kvassov, and Igor Sitnikov in heat three, Sidorov swam a third leg and recorded a split of 52.14, but the Kazakhs settled only for last place in a final time of 3:28.90. The following day, in the 100 m backstroke, Sidorov placed fifty-second on the morning prelims. Swimming in heat one, he edged out Bolivia's Mauricio Prudencio on the final length to grab a fourth seed by 0.13 seconds in a time of 1:01.02.

Clayton T. Evans is a Canadian former competition swimmer and Olympic silver medalist. Evans represented Canada at the 1972 and 1976 Olympics.

Lakis Fylaktou is a Cypriot swimmer. He competed in two events at the 1980 Summer Olympics at the age of 16. At the 1980 Summer Olympics, Fylaktou competed in the Men's 100 m freestyle and the Men's 100 m backstroke events. In the Men's 100 m freestyle event, Fylaktou was entered into heat two. He finished 7th of 8 swimmers beating only Angola's Jorge Lima with a time of 57.41 seconds. In the Men's 100 m backstroke, Fylaktou finished 7th out of 7 swimmers with a time of 1:08.92 seconds. Fylaktou didn't advance too the later stages of each of his events.
