Joshua Brent Weller is an English comedian, actor, musician, comic-book writer, and podcast host.
Weller's first solo single "Pretty Girls" was released on Yodel in 2008, [2] followed by EP Push, again on Yodel in 2009, [3] produced by Ryan Hadlock who had recently completed Gossip's Standing in the Way of Control and Johnny Flynn & The Sussex Wit's A Larum. [4] Both releases sold out, with Push entering the UK Indie Chart at number 11. [5] [6]
Weller has toured and played with Mumford and Sons, [7] The Offspring, Jack Garratt, Stereophonics, Descendents, The Noisettes, [8] The Maccabees (Orlando Weeks, lead vocalist, created Josh's 'trademark' Logo), Florence and The Machine, Born Ruffians, [9] The XX, Johnny Flynn and Paloma Faith [10] since he began playing live in 2008.
In 2009, Weller released the seasonal single "It's Christmas (And I Hate You)", a duet with Paloma Faith. [11] He also wrote two songs for Brazilian singer Cibelle's 2010 album Las Venus Resort Palace Hotel. [12]
In April 2014, Weller started the Excitable Boy Podcast, a weekly comedy and music podcast. Guests have included Gemma Arterton, Lianne La Havas, Juliet Simms, Neck Deep, Kevin Lyman, Bebe Rexha, Geoff Lloyd, Steve Furst and comedian Alex Edelman.
Weller provided lead guitar and vocals for punk band The Kenneths until the band's demise in December 2018.
In 2018 Weller released Die Already, a ten-part comic book series, with CollegeHumor's subscription service Dropout.
Weller featured in seasons three and five of ITV 2's The Stand Up Sketch Show. [13] He currently plays Boris in Season 3 of Netflix's The Witcher .
Weller habitually edits his own Wikipedia page to falsely report his death in bizarre circumstances, using obituaries for other individuals of the same name as citations. [14]
Mephisto Odyssey is an American house music group from San Francisco, California, United States, who have been credited with helping to pioneer the San Francisco house music sound. The group went on to release a number of self-released singles until doing tenures at City of Angels and Warner Bros. Records from the mid-1990s into the early 2000s. Mephisto Odyssey are also credited with being the only group to officially remix Jane's Addiction for the maxi-single "So What!". The group released many singles and remixes as well as an EP and two albums during the life of the band. This included the song "Crash" which was co written with Wayne Static of Static-X and "Some Kinda Freak" which was featured in the horror film Hostel.

Darren Hayman is an English singer-songwriter and guitarist. He is best known as the writer, lead singer, and guitarist in Hefner. Since Hefner disbanded in 2002, Hayman has embarked on a prolific solo career releasing twelve albums under his own name and appearing on albums by Papernut Cambridge, Rotifer and The Great Electric. He has regularly worked with The Wave Pictures, producing an album for them, directing three of their music videos and briefly employing them as his backing band. In January 2011 Hayman recorded and released a song every day in the month of January, working with many collaborators. Hayman also paints and has exhibited his work at exhibitions about animals in space and racing dogs.
