Julius Wandera Maganda, also Julius Maganda, is a Ugandan politician. He was the State Minister for East African Affairs in the Ugandan Cabinet. He was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016, serving there until May 2021. [1]
He was born in Busia District the Eastern Region of Uganda, on 13 August 1971. He attended Bulekei Primary School for his elementary schooling. He then studied at Masaba College Busia for his O-Level education. He then completed his A-Level studies at Mbale High School, in Mbale, Mbale District. [2]
He has a Bachelor of Public Administration degree from the Islamic University in Uganda, awarded in 2007, and a Certificate in Legal Practice, from the Law Development Centre, obtained in 2009. His Postgraduate Diploma in Management was awarded by the Uganda Management Institute in 2014. [3]
From 2000 until 2004, he was a branch manager for DHL Global. For the five years from 2004 until 2009, he worked as the regional manager for an outfit called P80 Nedloyd. From 2010, he serves as the Country Director of Goomag Logistics. [2]
In 2016 he entered Ugandan elective politics by successfully contesting the Samia Bugwe County South parliamentary Constituency, on the ruling National Resistance Movement political party ticket. He won and was re-elected in 2016. He is the incumbent MP in the 10th parliament (2016 to 2021). [2] In June 2016, he was appointed as the State Minister of the Est African Community Affairs. [1]
In his capacity as the State Minister responsible for the East African Community, he qualifies to serve as an ex-officio member of the East African Legislative Assembly. He was duly sworn in on 31 August 2016. [3]
Apolo Robin Nsibambi was a Ugandan academic and politician who served as the 8th Prime Minister of Uganda from 5 April 1999 until 24 May 2011, when Amama Mbabazi succeeded him.

Ruhakana Rugunda is a Ugandan physician and politician who was Prime Minister of Uganda from 2014 to 2021. He held a long series of cabinet posts under President Yoweri Museveni beginning in 1986. He served as Uganda's Minister of Foreign Affairs from 1994 to 1996, and Minister of Internal Affairs from 2003 to 2009. Subsequently, he was Permanent Representative to the United Nations from 2009 to 2011 and Minister of Health from 2013 to 2014.
Syda Namirembe Bbumba is a Ugandan accountant, politician and banker. She was Sub-Saharan Africa's representative to the OIC Women Advisory Panel.
Beatrice Mukaye Wabudeya is a Ugandan veterinarian and politician. She is the former Minister for Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA), in the Ugandan Cabinet, from 17 March 2011 until 27 May 2011. Prior to that, she served as the Minister for the Presidency, from 2006 until May 2011. In the cabinet reshuffle of 27 May 2011, she was replaced at the Ministry for the Presidency by Kabakumba Masiko. She formerly served as the Member of Parliament (MP), representing Sironko District Women's Constituency from 2001 until 2011.

Michael Werikhe Kafabusa, commonly known as Werikhe Kafabusa, is a Ugandan politician who currently serves as State Minister for Trade in the Cabinet of Uganda. He previously served as the State Minister for Housing from June 2006 until May 2011. In the Cabinet reshuffle of 27 May 2011, he was dropped from the cabinet, before returning as State Minister for Industry. He also serves as the elected Member of Parliament representing Bungokho County South, Mbale District, having served continuously in that role since 1996.
James Boliba Baba is a Ugandan politician and former diplomat. He is the current State Minister for Internal Affairs in the Ugandan Cabinet. He was appointed to that position on 27 May 2011. He replaced Matia Kasaija, who was appointed State Minister of Finance for Planning. Prior to that, he served as the State Minister in the Office of the Vice President, from 2006 until 2011. On account of his cabinet ministerial position, he is also an ex-officio Member of Parliament (MP).
Matia Kasaija is a Ugandan politician. He is the current Minister of Finance in Uganda's Cabinet. He was appointed to that position on 1 March 2015, replacing Maria Kiwanuka, who was appointed to Senior Presidential Advisor for Finance. From 27 May 2011 until 28 February 2015, he served as the State Minister for Finance (Planning) in the Cabinet of Uganda. He replaced Ephraim Kamuntu, who was promoted to Minister of Tourism. Before that, he served as the State Minister for Internal Affairs, from 1 June 2006 until May 2011. He is also the elected Member of Parliament for "Buyanja County", Kibaale District.
Henry Muganwa Kajura, commonly known as Henry Kajura, is a Ugandan administrator and politician. Until 2016 he served as the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public Service in the Cabinet of Uganda.

Robinah Nabbanja is a Ugandan educator and politician who serves as the Prime Minister of Uganda, having been nominated to the office on 8 June 2021. She was formally confirmed by the Parliament on 21 June 2021. She replaced Ruhakana Rugunda, who was named to the post of Envoy For Special Duties In The Office Of The President of Uganda. She is the first female prime minister of Uganda.
