Ciriaco "Jun" Bayaras Gato,Jr. (born November 16,1959) is a Filipino physician and politician and who has been serving as the representative for Batanes's at-large congressional district for the Philippine House of Representatives under the Nationalist People's Coalition party. [3] In the 2019 elections,he beat Liberal Party's Butch Abad by 238 votes,winning the election. [4]
