KGCE-LP is a low power FM radio station broadcasting a Reformed Christian radio format branded as Grace Radio from Modesto, California. KGCE airs local preaching broadcasts from Grace Church of Modesto as well as Christian religious music from artists such as Shane & Shane, Ellie Holcomb, and Sovereign Grace Music.
On September 16, 2016, KGCE-LP was granted a Federal Communications Commission construction permit to move its antenna 125 feet west northwest of the current location. Effective radiated power will remain 100 watts and the height above average terrain will increase to 25.1 meters.
KGCE-LP began internet streaming on June 20, 2014. Full-time, 24/7 FM broadcasting began on June 2, 2015. [1]

The station licensee, School of Christ, a small private Christian school in Quincy, Illinois, was granted a construction permit from the Federal Communications Commission on November 26, 2001, with the stated purpose "to further the Gospel of Christ to our students and the surrounding area" and "to instruct those students and other interested area youth in the field of radio electronics and production". The station went on the air and applied for a license to cover in August 2002, and the FCC granted this license in September. The station used the slogan "Quincy's True Power Station". KQPW-LP is no longer broadcasting as the FCC canceled its license on June 21, 2006.
